round in Regensburg, Germany and hit safely in 3 of his 4 apps ... played for the Arizona Fall League champion
Peoria Javelinas (11g, .395, 3 2b, 1 3b, 1hr, 4rbi, 2sb) ... from 10/15-10/21 was the AFL's Player of the Week
after leading all players in hitting (.556), hits (10), slugging (.833) and total bases (15).

At Class A Dayton ranked among Midwest League leaders in runs scored (85, T3rd), total
bases (229, T4th) and batting average (.301, 7th)...among all Reds Minor Leaguers ranked T2nd in HR (20)
and seventh in hitting...was the Reds' Minor League Player of the Month for August (29g, .374, 3hr, 29rbi,
2sb, .932ops)...hit .257 the first half of the season (60g, 9hr, 24rbi) and .340 over the second half (63g, 11hr,
51rbi)...on 7/21 vs Peoria became the first player in Dayton history to hit for the cycle...from 7/5-7/25 put
together a 16-game hitting streak (.387)...on 11/18 was added to the 40-man roster.
