Spent the entire season with Triple-A Sacramento, going 13-8 with a 4.31 ERA (148.1IP, 71ER, 135K, 51BB) in 28 games (26 starts)…set a new career high in wins…allowed 1ER or fewer in at least 6.0IP eight times…recorded a season-high 8K six times…was named Pacific Coast League "Pitcher of the Week" on 5/20 after going 2-0 with a 0.69 ERA (13.0IP, 1ER) and .152 opponents' batting average (7-for-46, 16K, 3BB) from 5/13-19…allowed 3ER or fewer in each of his 7GS from 5/13-6/13, going 6-1 with a 1.94 ERA (41.2IP, 9ER) in that span…produced five consecutive quality starts from 7/25-8/15, going 3-1 with a 2.06 ERA (35.0IP, 8ER) and .179 OBA (22-for-123, 30K, 3BB) in that stretch…logged a season-high 8.0IP in 7/30 loss vs. Albuquerque (4H, 2ER, 4K, 1BB)…led all A's minor league pitchers in wins and ranked fourth in strikeouts… led the PCL in wins and ranked second in strikeouts, fourth in innings and fifth in WHIP (1.29)…among starters in the PCL, had the fifth-lowest opponents' BA (.244) and the fourth-highest K/9.0IP ratio (8.09), also allowing the fifth-fewest baserunners per 9.0IP (11.55)…following the regular season, went 1-2 with a 2.29 ERA (19.2IP, 5ER) in 5 starts for Estrellas de Oriente of the Dominican Winter League, holding opponents to a .203 batting average (15-for-74).

Spent nearly the entire season with Triple-A Sacramento where he went 7-6 with a 3.98 ERA in 25
games, all starts...ranked fourth in the Pacific Coast League in opponents batting average (.250) and
seventh in ERA...began the year at Double-A Midland, tallying a 3.18 ERA and two wins in two relief
appearances...was 9-6 with a 3.95 ERA in 27 games overall...tied for fifth in the A's farm system in
wins, ranked seventh in innings pitched (139.0) and strikeouts (120) and 10th in ERA...allowed a .248
opponents batting average, including .247 (68-for-275) against right-handed hitters compared to .248
(62-for-250) against left-handers...held the opposition to a .198 average when leading off an inning...
yielded a .219 average with the bases empty compared to .294 with runners on, including .287 with
runners in scoring position...opponents were 4-for-7 (.671) with three doubles with the bases loaded...
posted an ERA above 4.00 in each month of the season except May when he compiled a 1.83 ERA in
five starts...allowed 25 of his 65 runs in the second inning for a 9.64 ERA...had a 2.80 ERA in all other

Had brief stints with both Oakland and Colorado, but split most of his season between the clubs'
Triple-A affiliates at Colorado Springs and Sacramento...was recalled by the Rockies May 25 and made
one relief appearance May 27 against St. Louis (2.0 ip, 5 h, 1 r, 1 er)...was optioned back to Colorado
Springs May 28...was traded to the A's with a player to be named later (Eliezer Mesa, Sept. 30) for Mark
Ellis and cash, June 30...was assigned to Sacramento following the trade but was recalled by Oakland
Aug. 13...posted a 12.60 ERA in three outings with the A's for a 10.29 ERA in four big league appearances overall...struck out seven batters in 7.0 innings but walked six...yielded a .406 batting average
and .500 on-base percentage...was optioned to Sacramento Aug. 26 and outrighted off the 40-man roster
Aug. 30...combined for a 7-2 record, one save and a 4.46 ERA in 44 appearances, including two starts,
with Colorado Springs and Sacramento...allowed a .268 opponents batting average, including .225 with
four of his five home runs against right-handed hitters compared to .321 against left-handers...yielded

Spent the entire season at Double-A Tulsa where he began the season in the starting rotation for 14
starts before being moved to the bullpen for his final 20 appearances...As a starter went 6-4, 3.18 (79.1 ip, 28 er) while as a reliever posted a record of 5-1, 3.56 (30.1 ip, 12
er) and one save...held opponents to a .192 (20-for-104) batting average as a reliever...Set career highs in wins (11) and games (34)...also had his best numbers in ERA (3.28) and opponent
batting average (.217) since 2007 as a member of Short Season Tri-City...Prior to the 2010 season, Billings had made just one appearance out of the bullpen, his final outing in
2009 with High-A Modesto...Was named a Texas League Mid-Season All-Star after posting a record of 6-4, 3.18 (79.1 ip, 28 er) in his
14 starts in the first half of the season...was also awarded TL Pitcher of the Week for the week of 6/14...Of his 20 appearances out of the bullpen, only one was less than 1.0 inning...nine of his 20 relief appearances
were at least 2.0 innings...Finished tied for third in the Texas League in wins...his 11 wins were also the third-most in the Rockies
