It’s Back! Thousands Race at Phillies Charities 5K

After two years, the Phillies preseason, racing tradition was back in person at the ballpark during the 12th annual Phillies Charities 5K on Saturday, March 26. The Phillie Phanatic revved up the crowd and led the way for thousands ofrunners who sprinted around Citizens Bank Park and the Navy Yard. Surprise guests along the route included Phoebe Phanatic and alumni including Mickey Morandini, Milt Thompson and Tommy Greene. Announcer Dan Baker and the Phillies Ballgirls also participated.
