Where to Find Us at Citizens Bank Park

Come see us at the Fan Club kiosk, located at The Yard in Right Field, beyond section 102 to pick up your membership hat (Standard) or gifts (Premium).

The Fan Club kiosk is open during every Phillies home game until an hour and a half after scheduled first pitch.

Premium Tier

How can I retrieve my membership gift?

Standard Tier - Visit the Fan Club kiosk, located in The Yard in Right Field (beyond section 102), to retrieve your hat and discount coupon. The Fan Club kiosk is open every Phillies home game during the 2024 season until an hour and a half after scheduled first pitch.

Premium Tier - Fightin' Phils Fan Club Exclusive Bonus Gifts

Bonus gifts for Premium tier memberships will be distributed twice during the 2024 Phillies season. The first gift will be available for pickup starting on March 28. The second gift will be available for pickup starting on or around July 9. Members will be alerted via email when the second gift becomes available.

Pick up locations:

Phillies home game at the Fan Club kiosk. The Fan Club kiosk is located at The Yard in Right Field and open every Phillies home game until an hour and a half after the scheduled first pitch. No advance notice needed for this method - please ensure your size has been entered via the Ballpark app so the appropriate items are included in your kit.

Season Ticket Holder lobby (located at the First Base Gate) during normal business hours (M-F, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) on non-game days or prior to the start of any Phillies home game (this will allow you to return the items to your vehicle prior to entering the ballpark). Requires advanced notice - please email [email protected] at least one business day prior to date you would like to pick up your items so we can have your items ready. Be sure to include member name, date and location of intended pickup, and email address associated with membership.

Gift boxes are distributed with items pre-selected by the Phillies and cannot be customized or exchanged.

Accessing Your Membership in the Ballpark App

Membership Portal:

  • Log in with your MLB account on the Ballpark app.
  • Select the Phillies tab at the bottom. If you do not have a Phillies tab, select the MLB tab and scroll to set Phillies as a favorite.
  • Scroll down to the FAN CLUBS tile.
  • Select Fightin' Phils Fan Club.

MLB At Bat Discount Code

50% discount can be applied to one 2024 MLB At Bat Yearly subscription only, valid through the end of the 2024 Regular Season (September 29, 2024).
