Here are some common cold weather foods that are good and good for you!
Hot Oatmeal - This is an easy, delicious breakfast option that is filling and great for a quick breakfast. Just be sure to keep an eye on how much sugar is in it.

Broccoli - Broccoli is supercharged with vitamins and minerals. Packed with Vitamins A, C and E as well as fiber and many other antioxidants, this is one of healthiest vegetables you can have on your plate.
Almonds - These are filled with Vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant to healthy immune system. Non salted/lightly salted are recommended.
Red Bell Peppers - Filled with Vitamin C, this snack can help fight against common colds/viruses as well as help you maintain healthy skin.
Tuna - A great option of protein while also being low in fat. Contains Omega-3 fatty acids which are beneficial for heart, eye, and brain health.
