2021 Preview

As a loyal Padres Member, we are excited to safely welcome you back home to Petco Park for our 2021 season! In preparation for a return to fans to Petco Park, we’d like to invite you an exclusive Padres 2021 Preview Event – an outdoor retail and dining experience - on March 20, 21 or 27. Watch the Padres Spring Training games on the Petco Park videoboard and shop at the Padres Foundation Annual Garage Sale and Padres Team Store outdoor retail locations!

At this event, you will get to familiarize yourself with Petco Park’s new health and safety measures, test out the new mobile ordering process and learn first-hand some of the updates to the ballpark experience that you’ll encounter this season. With the ballpark being closed to guests for quite some time, this will also serve as an opportunity for Padres staff to get familiarized with new safety operations and in-seat service operation.

Tickets are complimentary and each guest will receive a free hot dog. Additional food and beverage items will be available for purchase.

Each time slot on each event day is limited and scheduled by time slot. Use promo code PREVIEW to claim your tickets and select only one date/time and choose 2-6 tickets. Each ticket will have a specific arrival time, preferred parking location, recommended gate entrance and designated seat location. The Padres Preview Event is approximately 2 hours in length. Pod style seating will be in effect throughout the stadium, leaving at least 6 feet of distance between one parties’ seat and the next.

Complimentary parking is also available for this event. Check the 'ADD-ON' option in the shopping cart to select your free parking ticket.

EVENT DATES & TIME SLOTS
March 20: 12 p.m. or 2:30 p.m (at capacity)
March 21: 12 p.m. or 2:30 p.m (at capacity)
March 27: 11 a.m. or 1:30 p.m (at capacity)

1. Click "Reserve Tickets" above.
2. You will be re-directed to your Account Manager where you will use your e-mail on file and associated password.
   • If you do not know your password, click Reset Password and follow the steps.
3. Once logged in, scroll below 2021 Preview logo and enter PREVIEW in the Enter Promo Code area (located below logo and above Search by Event Name). Hit apply.
   • If you do not see this area, you need to use the Google Chrome browser.
4. The days and times of the event will be populated. Please select your preferred day/time and hit the + button next to the pod (seats) you want.
5. Add to cart and go through the checkout process.
6. Click "Add On" in Step #2 of Check Out to claim a complimentary parking spot
7. Tickets and parking will be live on your MLB Ballpark App on Friday, March 19
8. You will receive a follow-up email with additional event details along with health screening questions on Friday, March 19.

Make sure you have the MLB Ballpark app downloaded before you arrive so can you quickly and easily order food and beverage from your mobile device.

• All guests will be required to wear face coverings at all times except when actively eating and drinking. Failure to adhere will result in dismissal from park.
• Physical Distancing is required.
• All employees will always be required to wear face coverings.
• Hand sanitizer stations available throughout Petco Park
• Dedicated housekeeping staff assigned to restrooms and high touch point areas.
