Below is a complete guide of everything you need to know as you prepare to come to Petco Park when the Padres host the D-backs (July 5 - 7), Mariners (July 9 – 10) and Braves (July 12 – 14).
All tickets are digital and can be accessed within the MLB Ballpark app. Our full digital ticketing guide will help you to sign into your Padres Account Manager to access and manage your tickets, as well as how to access your tickets in the Ballpark app. Follow the step-by-step guides to learn how to access, transfer, exchange (Members-only!), or donate your tickets. All tickets can be accessed in the MLB Ballpark app for scanning and entry at the gates on gamedays. Make sure to transfer tickets to everyone in your party before the game so everyone has their own digital ticket.
Once again, Petco Park will be utilizing Ticketmaster SafeTix and screenshots will no longer be accepted at the gates for entry. Also, please have the latest version of the Ballpark App updated prior to entering the Ballpark for the first time this season. If you have an iPhone and do not have iOS16, you may be able to access Account Manager from a web browser on your phone to access your digital tickets. We recommend accessing your tickets on the Ballpark App before arriving to Petco Park to ensure you have the latest version of the App and can view your ticket barcodes! Additionally, we recommend saving your tickets to your phone's wallet in case you have connectivity issues when you arrive at Petco Park.
Petco Park will prohibit bags, except for clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”, single-compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12”, or infant and medical bags.
Season Ticket Members have access to the ballpark two (2) hours prior to first pitch, which is 30 minutes prior to the public. Dedicated Member Gates are located at Home Plate Gate and Park Blvd. Gate.
In addition, all Members can enter through the East Village Gate on Friday, July 12, starting at 3 PM to watch Padres Batting Practice in its entirety.

Public Transportation
When planning your trip to Petco Park, consider MTS, which provides direct, frequent service to Petco Park on all three Trolley lines and select bus routes. You can avoid traffic and parking by using MTS Park & Ride lots along the Trolley system. North County COASTER provides an alternative mass-transit option to get safely to the ballpark.
Parking
Padres preferred parking is available adjacent to Petco Park. Guests are strongly encouraged to pre-purchase their parking to guarantee a spot in these convenient lots. Pre-paid parking is unavailable for purchase online within 4 hours of first pitch.

Rideshare
A designated rideshare loading zone is located across the street from the Bayfront Hilton Hotel (next to the Convention Center) on Harbor Drive and Park Boulevard. We encourage fans to get dropped off and picked up at this location, and then take the pedestrian sky bridge towards Petco Park.
Concession stands are open on all levels of the ballpark with new offerings including Gelati & Peccati, An’s Gelato, and Spiro’s Mediterranean Cuisine, plus additional locations of your favorites including San Diego’s Finest Chicken in the Mercado! In-seat delivery via the MLB Ballpark app is available for both food and beverage in premium seating areas (Blue Shield Home Plate Club, First Base VIP Box, Lexus Club, Cutwater Coronado Club, and Terrace Level).

Item of the Homestand: Baja Fish Taco
Your next trip to the ballpark is not complete without trying the Baja Fish Taco from The Draft by Ballast Point, located in Section 105. This fish taco is served fried and includes shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and chipotle crema on a corn tortilla.

The QR Code will be your virtual Member Discount Card. Please show this at the point of sale at concession stands and the Team Store to receive your 10% Membership Discount. You can also use your 10% off discount using Padres Pay with a convenient single-scan purchase at concessions and retail spaces throughout the ballpark.
Available from the time Member Gates open until first pitch, you can enjoy special drink offers at several locations throughout the ballpark. Please show your Membership Discount Card or Padres Pay to receive this Member Happy Hour pricing. All specials start at $5 and happy hour locations and offerings are subject to change.
Join us for the Padres Member Batting Practice Experience this season! We are opening gates early for one game each homestand to all Padres Members to watch the entirety of Padres batting practice, and potentially catch a home run.
The first opportunity to watch the Padres batting practice in its entirety is Friday, July 12 and the East Village Gate will open at 3 PM. Keep an eye out for special baseballs (with gold stitching!) being hit throughout batting practice as part of the Golden Ball Promotion, sponsored by Rawlings. Snag any golden ball hit into the reserved outfield seating area and receive one (1) complimentary replica Padres jersey of your choice, subject to availability. These baseballs may be redeemed at the Team Store at any point during the game.

Star Wars Weekend - July 5 - 7
Petco Park will enter a galaxy far, far away for Star WarsTM Weekend this July 5-7. On Friday, rally your fellow Jedi and head to the Padres Cantina in Gallagher Square for a Star Wars-themed Party in the Park starting at 4:00 PM. On Saturday, don't miss the postgame Galactic Fireworks Spectacular. And on Sunday, you’ll have the chance to meet and interact with iconic Star WarsTM characters as they make appearances throughout Gallagher Square and the ballpark.
Seattle Mariners & Atlanta Braves Series - July 9 - 14
The homestand will continue with the Seattle Mariners and Atlanta Braves coming to town July 9 – 14. On Wednesday, July 10, celebrate the 1984 Padres and take home a throwback hat giveaway, thanks to San Diego Community Power. This hat is available to the first 40,000 fans.
On Friday, head to Gallagher Square before the game for CervezaFest, presented by Southwest Airlines. Enjoy $5 Mexican beer specials and live music before the game.
Sundays are perfect for families! Don’t miss KidsFest, presented by SDG&E, out in Gallagher Square featuring bounce houses, face painters, and more. After the game, don’t forget, kids 14 and under can run the bases, presented by Chick-Fil-A!
