Petco Park is now using Ticketmaster's SafeTix for all games and events. Ticketmaster SafeTix are powered by a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds so it cannot be stolen or copied, keeping your tickets safe and secure. As a result, you can no longer use printouts or screenshots of your ticket(s) to enter the ballpark. Your phone is now your ticket! To access your ticket(s), download the MLB Ballpark app following these instructions. When you arrive to the ballpark, show your ticket(s) to the ticket scanner, get your phone scanned – and you’re in!
