2024 Postseason Information

Padres Season Ticket Members, Waitlist Members, and select suite, hospitality and group clients have priority access to Postseason tickets and are eligible to purchase Postseason single-game tickets before they go on sale to the public. Access is based on plan type and tenure.

Padres Insiders (fans who subscribe to Padres emails) are the last group of fans who can access Postseason tickets before they’re made available to the public, based on availability. If you are not a Padres Insider, you can sign up for free here.

Tickets are available for the first rounds and only games the Padres could potentially host each round – three Wild Card, three NLDS and four NLCS games. A separate presale opportunity for the World Series will be made available at a later date.

Padres Postseason ticket sales to Padres Insiders and the public starting on Saturday, Sept. 28 will be limited to the following counties and areas: San Diego County, Baja California, Imperial County, Southern Orange County (San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach), Southern Riverside County (Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Hemet, Perris), La Paz County, Mohave County, Yuma County, and Clark County. Orders by residents outside (geo-limited areas) will be canceled without notice and refunds given.

Padres Season Ticket Members, On-Deck Waitlist Members, and select suite, hospitality, and group clients have priority access to Postseason tickets before they go on sale to Padres Insiders and the general public. Access is based on plan type, tenure and spend. Members and current clients should refer to the email they receive on Wednesday, Sept. 25 for the exact date(s) and time(s), as well as other details.

Padres Insiders Presale Access

Fans who opt-in to receive Padres emails will receive access to Postseason tickets after the above presales, based on availability. Postseason ticket access is not guaranteed and inventory is expected to be extremely limited. Padres Insiders will gain access on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 10 AM PT. Any remaining Postseason tickets will be made available to the public on Saturday, Sept. 28 at Noon PT. Sign up for Padres Newsletters and become a Padres Insider.

Fans eligible and/or interested in purchasing tickets for multiple postseason games must check out one game at a time via Ticketmaster. Fans are not able to add tickets to multiple games in their cart and check out altogether.

  4. Select the seats you would like to purchase; inventory can be filtered.
  5. Click “Next” to continue to the checkout process; please have your Ticketmaster account and payment information ready.
  6. Complete the checkout process.
    • Tickets will be delivered digitally in the MLB Ballpark app AND Ticketmaster app after your purchase without barcodes. Tickets purchased through this presale can be transferred through both the MLB Ballpark App or the Ticketmaster app ONLY after games have been clinched.
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 for any additional tickets/games.

Suite Access

2024 SUITE LEASE MEMBERS

Current Padres Suite Lease Members are guaranteed access to purchase Postseason suites at a discounted rate. Full and half season accounts are guaranteed access to purchase a full Postseason strip, and quarter season accounts are guaranteed access to purchase one game per round.

2024 SUITE PACKAGE ACCOUNTS

Current Padres Suite Package accounts of three games or more receive priority access to purchase one Postseason suite per round for the Wild Card and Division Series games. Accounts with 10 or more games receive the highest priority followed by 8-game, 5-game and 3-game accounts. Access will become more limited as the Padres advance in the Postseason and will be based on the number of games in your 2024 suite package.

Premium group accounts also receive priority access to purchase Postseason suites. Specific Postseason games and suite locations are not guaranteed. Contact your Padres ticket rep for additional information on Postseason access.

Postseason Suites

Padres fans can unlock access to a Postseason group space by placing a deposit on a 2025 suite or hospitality space. Suite lease members and suite package holders will have priority access with all suites being made available based on 2025 commitment level.

Postseason Parking

Purchase individual gameday parking directly from the Padres. There is limited parking available at the Padres Parkade, Tailgate Park, and Lexus Premier Lot. Other parking is available downtown (consider SpotHero to explore more options), but fans are encouraged to take the easy way and ride MTS or consider alternative transportation.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF POSTSEASON TICKET ACCESS FOR MEMBERS?

Members have two ways to access Postseason tickets. The first is a Postseason ticket strip, which includes every home hosted Postseason event for the number of tickets on a Member's account. Only Black Card, Platinum and Gold Members are eligible to receive a Postseason ticket strip. The other option is to participate in our Postseason ticket presale.

WHAT IS A POSTSEASON TICKET STRIP?

A Postseason strip is ticket access for select Members to each game of the Postseason series. For example, if the Padres have home-field advantage for the World Series, up to four (4) games could be played at Petco Park. If you have a strip, you will get tickets to all four (4) games. Members had the option to opt-out of Postseason strips to receive additional access to Postseason single game ticket presales before the public.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A POSTSEASON TICKET STRIP?

All Black Card, Platinum, and Gold Members were assigned 2024 Padres Postseason ticket strips based on Membership level, the number of seats in their 2024 Membership, and their tenure.

Postseason ticket strip locations and the associated price can be viewed in Account Manager by clicking "Invoice" in the top toolbar.

HOW WAS MY POSTSEASON TICKET STRIP LOCATION DETERMINED?

Members received the same number of seats as their 2024 Membership package. Postseason ticket strip locations were determined by plan type, tenure, and availability. Certain seats are required to be reserved for MLB needs and that may have impacted a Member’s Postseason seating location. If we were unable to place you in the seat(s) you had for the season, you were placed in the next best available.

WHERE WILL MY POSTSEASON SEATS BE LOCATED?

Members can view their locations and pricing for Postseason ticket strips through Account Manager. Please make sure you sign in using your email address and password associated with your Padres Account. Members who purchase seats through the Postseason presale will be able to select their seat locations, based on availability.

HOW MANY GAMES ARE INCLUDED IN THE POSTSEASON TICKET STRIP?

A Postseason ticket strip will include up to 14 home games - three Wild Card, three NLDS, four NLCS, and four World Series. You will only be charged for the games the Padres are projected to host each round.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE POSTSEASON TICKETS IF I AM A BLUE MEMBER?

All Blue Members will receive presale access to the Postseason, before tickets become available to the public. Please refer to the email you received on Wednesday, Sept. 25 with exact date(s), time(s), code(s), as well as other details.

HOW WILL MY POSTSEASON TICKET STRIP BE PRICED?

As a Padres Member, you received exclusive pricing for your Postseason ticket strips. Prices are determined in conjunction with Major League Baseball.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE POSTSEASON TICKET STRIP?

If you are a Black Card, Platinum or Gold Member and renewed your 2025 Padres Membership by Sept. 16, you have access to the ‘Pay as We Play’ benefit for your Postseason ticket strip(s). Postseason payments will begin on Sept. 29 and continue round by round before the first game of each series. Payments for the subsequent Postseason rounds will be processed the day after the Padres advance. All payments must be via credit card or wire transfer only.

If you did not renew your 2025 Padres Membership by Sept. 16 and elected to keep your Postseason ticket strip(s), you must ‘Pay in Full.’ You will be charged for your Postseason ticket strip(s) on Sept. 29 including any games the Padres are projected to host each round, up to 14 home games – three Wild Card, three NLDS games, four NLCS games, and four World Series games. In the event Postseason games are paid for but not played (i.e., as a result of advancement or elimination), you will receive a credit for the un-played games which can be applied to a 2025 Padres Membership or other ticket(s).

HOW WILL POSTSEASON TICKETS BE DELIVERED?

Season Ticket Members with Postseason ticket strip(s) can manage their strips via Account Manager or the Ballpark app once the games have been paid and each round is clinched. Postseason tickets purchased through any presales or on-sales are digital and will be delivered to the Ballpark app and/or Ticketmaster app once the Padres have clinched. Postseason tickets bought through Ticketmaster.com can be managed either through the Ticketmaster app or the Ballpark app.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS TO THE POSTSEASON AS A MEMBER?

Members with Postseason ticket strip access may also participate in the exclusive Member presale opportunity to Postseason tickets, subject to availability. Please refer to the email you received on Wednesday, Sept. 25 with exact date(s), time(s), code(s), as well as other details.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?

For the Blue Member presale, all Blue Members have ticket limits based on their Membership plan and quantity of seats on account. Members with 1-2 seats on their account have the ability to purchase 2 tickets, and Members with 3 or more seats have the ability to purchase 4 tickets. Please note, for the Blue Member presale, all ticket limits are per round.

After the Blue Member presale, all Season Ticket Members, On-Deck Waitlist Members, select suite, hospitality and group clients, and fans have access to purchase a maximum of four single-game tickets per game.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL POSTSEASON STRIPS?

Due to limited inventory, additional Postseason ticket strips are not available for purchase. Members will have an exclusive presale opportunity to purchase additional single-game tickets as they become available.

WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR GAMES NOT PLAYED AT PETCO PARK?

For Members that purchased Postseason ticket strips, in the event Postseason games are paid for but not played (i.e., as a result of advancement or elimination), their credit will be applied to the next Postseason round or to your 2025 Padres Membership balance. If you paid in full for your Postseason ticket strip, the credit will remain on your account and may be used toward a 2025 Membership or other Padres tickets.

All single-game tickets for unplayed games will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment, including any tickets purchased during a Member presale.

CAN I TRADE IN MY TICKETS?

Postseason tickets are not eligible to be exchanged.

CAN I RESELL MY POSTSEASON TICKETS?

Members may resell their Postseason tickets. There are no restrictions on the number of Postseason tickets you may sell.

WILL PARKING BE INCLUDED?

For Members, if you purchased a Postseason ticket strip and have a season parking plan, parking will be available with your tickets at an additional cost. If you do not have a season parking plan, you may add a Postseason parking pass as an add-on during the checkout process or separately on Padres.com. Please note, parking is limited and available while supplies last.

For all single-game ticket buyers, parking can be purchased as an add-on during the checkout process, while supplies last.

Parking for suites will not be included in the price of a suite. Parking is available for purchase, based on availability. Please contact your Padres representative to purchase parking.

WILL MY MEMBER DISCOUNT WORK ON CONCESSIONS AND MERCHANDISE AT POSTSEASON GAMES?

Members will continue to receive their Member-exclusive 10% discount on concessions and merchandise during the Postseason. To get your discount, scan your digital Membership Discount Card in the MLB Ballpark app at the point of sale. Members can also continue to enjoy pregame Member Happy Hour during Postseason games.

WHEN WILL I BE INVOICED FOR POSTSEASON?

All Members and Padres clients received their 2024 Postseason Invoice for their ticket strips on Monday, Sept. 9, 2024. They had until Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, to opt-out of their 2024 Postseason ticket strips. Members and clients will first be charged based on their payment plan on Sunday, September 29.
