Green Day along with The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas are all coming to Petco Park on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

The band with hit songs such as “Boulevard of Broken Dreams”, “American Idiot”, and the new single “The American Dream is Killing Me” will headline this incredible lineup taking the stage in downtown San Diego.

Petco Park Concert: Know Before You Go!

ENTRY TIMES AND POLICIES

  • Gates will open at 4 PM and the show will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. No re-entry is permitted.

  • The event will feature a merchandise trailer on the exterior of Petco Park, located at Tenth Ave and Park Blvd. The merchandise trailer will open at 2 PM on September 28.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverage, including factory sealed and reusable water bottles.

  • Review our new bag policy: Petco Park prohibits bags with the exception for single compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12” and infant and medical bags, and clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”.

STADIUM ENTRY

Please refer to the points below for your entry point based on ticket type. Guests can reference the email sent to all ticket purchasers for more information, including a map of specific park entry points.

Floor/Field (Sections A1-A7 and B7-B6)

  • Guests with floor tickets (designated as sections A1 – A7 and B2 – B6) must enter at the Gaslamp Breezeway located on 7th Ave and K Street for floor access.

  • Guests with floor tickets will need a specific floor access wristband before entry. Floor wristbands are available upon entry at the Gaslamp Breezeway entrance. Please note: Each ticket will be scanned in order to receive a floor wristband.

GA Pit

  • Guests with Pit tickets (designated as section GA Pit) must enter at the Park Blvd Gate located at the intersection of Park Blvd and 10th Ave for GA Pit access.

  • Guests with GA Pit tickets will need a specific Pit access wristband before entry. Pit wristbands are available upon entry at the Park Blvd Gate entrance. Please note: Each ticket will be scanned in order to receive a Pit wristband.

Seating Bowl

Guests with seating bowl tickets may enter at any gate listed below:

  • Gaslamp Gate located at the intersection of K Street and 7th Ave.

  • East Village Gate located at the intersection of K Street and 10th Ave.

  • Park Blvd Gate located at the intersection of Park Boulevard and 10th Ave.

  • Home Plate Gate located at the corner of Park Boulevard and Tony Gwynn Drive.

Suites

  • Guests who purchased a suite can enter any of the designated seating bowl entrances beginning at 4 PM. Suites will remain open (30) minutes following the conclusion of the event. A Padres Guest Experience representative can direct you to your suite should you need assistance.

GETTING TO PETCO PARK

We expect a large crowd for this concert and strongly recommend ticket holders to arrive early. Padres parking lots will open at Noon (12 PM) for pre-purchased passes. Day-of parking will be subject to availability. Purchase pre-paid parking below.

Please note: Tailgating is not permitted in the Tailgate Lot for this event.
