Hats Off Their Heads

Hats Off Their Heads presented by Blue Shield of California, gives fans the opportunity to bid on Padres autographed, game-used or team-issued, official Fourth of July caps from your favorite players. Bidding opens Friday, June 28 at 10 AM PT and concludes on Friday, July 5 at 8 PM PT. All net proceeds will benefit the Armed Services YMCA San Diego.

Founded in 1924, Armed Services YMCA of San Diego has a long history of providing programs and support to service members and their families at no or low cost. They serve military children through after-school enrichment and early learning programs including signature military child-specific resiliency programs. They also support military spouse employment and family economic success through neighborhood food distributions, spouse employment workshops and emergency assistance, and provide support for wounded, injured and ill service members and their families at Naval Medical Center Balboa. In Fall 2024, Armed Services YMCA will continue to fulfill its promise to serve the San Diego military community through the completion of an $8.8M capital campaign project, The Center For Military Families expansion project – doubling its capacity to serve service members and their families.
