Below is a complete guide of everything you need to know as you prepare to come to Petco Park for the National League Division Series, presented by Booking.com, vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers.

ACCESSING TICKETS:

• All tickets are digital and can be accessed within the MLB Ballpark app.
• Members and clients with Postseason ticket strips may also access via Account Manager.
• Fans who purchased tickets through a presale, on-sale, or on the secondary market may also access via the Ticketmaster app.

MANAGING TICKETS:

• All fans can use the MLB Ballpark app to forward and accept tickets.
• Members and clients with Postseason ticket strips can transfer their Postseason ticket strip tickets through Account Manager. Additional tickets purchased cannot be managed with Account Manager.
• Fans who purchased tickets through a presale, on-sale, or on the secondary market cannot manage tickets via Account Manager. They can only forward and accept tickets via the Ticketmaster app.

SELLING TICKETS:

• Members and clients with Postseason ticket strips can sell their Postseason ticket strips through Account Manager or the MLB Ballpark app.
• Any tickets purchased through a presale, on-sale, or on the secondary market cannot be resold via Account Manager or the Ticketmaster app and must go through the desktop to list on SeatGeek or other third-party sites.

Petco Park utilizes Ticketmaster SafeTix and screenshots are no longer accepted at the gates for entry. Please have the latest version of the Ballpark App updated prior to entering Petco Park. If you have an iPhone and do not have iOS16, you may be able to access Account Manager from a web browser on your phone to access your digital tickets. We recommend accessing your tickets on the Ballpark App before arriving to Petco Park to ensure you have the latest version of the App and can view your ticket barcodes! Additionally, we recommend saving your tickets to your phone's wallet in case you have connectivity issues when you arrive at Petco Park.

Petco Park will prohibit bags, except for clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”, single-compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12”, or infant and medical bags.

Gallagher Square will open approximately 2.5 hours prior to first pitch with access to the Team Store and Power Alley, all other gates will open approximately 2 hours prior to first pitch. Members are encouraged to use any gate to enter.

Public Transportation

When planning your trip to Petco Park for the Postseason, consider MTS, which provides direct, frequent service to Petco Park on all three Trolley lines and select bus routes. You can avoid traffic and parking by using MTS Park & Ride lots along the Trolley system. North County COASTER provides an alternative mass-transit option to get safely to the ballpark.

Parking

Parking is extremely limited but may be available at the Padres Parkade, Tailgate Park, and Lexus Premier Lot, or other non-Padres affiliated parking structures downtown. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing parking in advance. To reserve parking in additional lots in downtown, visit the San Diego Padres SpotHero Parking Page. Fans without a pre-sold parking permit are encouraged to take public transportation or a ride sharing service.

Rideshare

A designated rideshare loading zone is located across the street from the Bayfront Hilton Hotel (next to the Convention Center) on Harbor Drive and Park Boulevard. We encourage fans to get dropped off and picked up at this location, and then take the pedestrian sky bridge towards Petco Park.

Concession stands are open on all levels of the ballpark. In-seat delivery via the MLB Ballpark app is available for both food and beverage in premium seating areas (Blue Shield Home Plate Club, First Base VIP Box, Lexus Club, Cutwater Coronado Club, Cutwater Agave Club, and Terrace Level).

Gates open at 3:30 PM in Gallagher Square*, followed by 4 PM for all other gates.

Before the game, don’t miss the largest pregame party in San Diego! Enjoy live music, drinks for purchase, and photo opportunities out in the newly renovated Gallagher Square starting at 3:30 PM.

At 5:30 PM, make sure you are in your seats for the pregame ceremony, which will include on-field lineup introductions, a special flag presentation, and a flyover by an Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker Jet Aircraft from the 336th Air Refueling Squadron stationed at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside, Calif.

Gates open at 3:30 PM in Gallagher Square*, followed by 4 PM for all other gates.
