The Reds Community Fund (RCF) is dedicated to improving the lives of youth by leveraging the tradition of the Cincinnati Reds and the game of baseball. Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball-themed outreach efforts. The P&G Cincinnati MLB Youth Academy offers free, year-round baseball and softball training facility for boys and girls ages 4-18 residing primarily in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky urban neighborhoods.

BASEBALL CLINIC WITH XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Dates: Thursdays, October 24 - December 5 (No clinic on Halloween or Thanksgiving)
Time: 7:30-9:00 p.m.
Who: Baseball players ages 8-12 years old
SOFTBALL CLINIC WITH NORTHERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY
Dates: Wednesdays, October 30 - December 4 (No clinic on November 27)
Time: 7:30-9:00 p.m.
Who: Softball players ages 8-13 years old
Cincinnati Reds Nike RBI Program
Tryouts are now complete for the upcoming 2024-2025 season of RBI.
Mission:
- Increase participation and interest in baseball and softball among underserved youth
- Promote greater inclusion of youth with diverse backgrounds into the mainstream of the game
- Increase number of talented athletes prepared to play in college and professionally

Reds Youth Academy Hosts 10-Year Anniversary Party
On October 4, about 400 Cincinnati residents, volunteers and Reds staff celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the P&G MLB Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy. The Academy hit the 10-year mark on August 22 and hosted a birthday party after the season that was open to the public.
