What do I need to be considered “Fully Vaccinated” to enter Citi Field?

For fans ages 16 years and older, Fully Vaccinated is defined as having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to game date (i.e., second dose of Pfizer/Moderna or single dose of Johnson & Johnson).

How can I buy tickets in fully vaccinated sections?

Season Ticket Members:

  1. Log into your My Mets Tickets Account
  2. Select from your Exclusive Offers the option to purchase tickets at your Season Ticket Holder Rate
  3. Select the game you would like to purchase.
  4. Select available seats labeled as "Vaccinated Sections" and add them to your cart.

Non-Season Ticket Members:

  1. Click Here to buy tickets.
  2. Select the game you are interested in purchasing tickets for.
  3. Select available seats labeled as "Vaccinated Sections" and add them to your cart.
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions including acknowledging that you and all adults 16 and older in your party are fully vaccinated.

What are the health requirements for fans attending a game in a fully vaccinated section?

Guests Age 16+

  • Must have received their final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to game date (i.e., second dose of Pfizer/Moderna or single dose of Johnson & Johnson).
  • A CDC-issued COVID-19 vaccination card showing fully-vaccinated status must be presented at time of entry.
  • An appropriate ID matching the name on the COVID-19 vaccination documentation.

Guests Age 15 and younger

  • Children 15 years of age and younger may accompany their fully vaccinated parent or guardian in a Vaccinated Section, without proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

What are acceptable forms of proof of a vaccination?

The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination along with an appropriate ID matching the name on the COVID-19 vaccination documentation (if 16 years or older):

  1. Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered)
  2. A photo of a vaccination card as a separate document
  3. A photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device
  4. Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record.

*Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.

How do I enter Citi Field with tickets in a fully vaccinated section?

All tickets will have a specific gate listed, which will direct guests to the entrance closest to their seats. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enter the ballpark. This gate entrance will open 2 hours prior to first pitch Fans may exit at any available exit upon leaving the ballpark.

Do I still need to wear a face covering when in my fully vaccinated seating section?

No, Face covering requirements are no longer in effect for fully vaccinated guests. All guests ages 3 years and older who are not fully vaccinated must wear a face covering at all times on ballpark property except when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats.
