I signed my Teen Club Member up. How do I claim the Your First Game’s On Us ticket offer?

  • The Your First Game’s On Us ticket offer can be redeemed by signing into My Mets Tickets. This should be the “My Mets Tickets” account used to purchase the Membership. Once signed in navigate to the “Vouchers” section on the menu.
  • In the Vouchers section you should see the Your First Game’s On Us ticket offer which is redeemable for one (1) ticket to select Monday – Thursday regular season home games. Subject to availability.
  • Click on the Your First Game’s On Us offer and select “Redeem” from the voucher actions menu.
  • On the next page select the game you wish to redeem the offer for you also have the option of adding additional tickets.

How do I redeem my Teen Club Member’s ticket voucher for Mets Teen Club presented by Dunkin’ Day on Friday, September 6, 2024?

  • Vouchers can be redeemed by signing into My Mets Tickets. This should be the “My Mets Tickets” account used to purchase the membership. Once signed in navigate to the “Vouchers” section on the menu.
  • In the Vouchers section you should see Mets Teen Club presented by Dunkin’ Day ticket voucher which is redeemable for one (1) ticket for Friday, September 6, Cincinnati Reds vs. New York Mets. Subject to availability.
  • Click on the Mets Teen Club presented by Dunkin’ Day ticket voucher and select “Redeem” from the voucher actions menu.
  • On the next page you can select the seat for your teen. You also have the option of adding additional tickets. (Note that although you can purchase extra tickets for the game for non-members, only members will be allowed to participate in the Warning Track Salute (weather permitting).
Table Check-Ins

The Mets Teen Club presented by Dunkin’ Kiosk can be found in front of section 131. Members can check-in during every home game before the end of the third inning to earn the item of the month. In the Ballpark App you can find a voucher for each month that can be scanned to earn that corresponding monthly item. After collecting the monthly item Members can visit table on subsequent trips to the ballpark to enter upcoming giveaways and learn about new events!
