Mets Vet Dog

The Amazin' Mets Foundation is proudly sponsoring their second service dog in training - Seaver - through their partnership with America's Vet Dogs, a New York-based nonprofit that provides specially trained service dogs to veterans and first responders with disabilities. Seaver can be seen at Citi Field each homestand socializing with players, coaches, and fans as he trains to become a future service dog.

In 2022, the Foundation proudly sponsored Shea, who is in formal training to become an official service dog for a veteran with disabilities.
