Tickets and Parking Rainout Policy

PAID TICKETS (for a Regular Season game for which a make-up game is announced as an open date or as part of a split admission doubleheader)

If a regulation game (as defined by Major League Baseball) is not played and the game is rescheduled as a stand-alone game or as part of a split day/night doubleheader, your paid ticket serves as your rain check. Rain checks are valid for admission to the rescheduled game and tickets will automatically be updated within the MLB Ballpark app.

A digital voucher will be loaded into each attending patrons My Mets Tickets account (accessed by clicking the Vouchers tab) and will be accessible the next day. Fans who do not wish to use their ticket for admission to the make-up game may exchange the voucher for a ticket comparable in price and location to another eligible Mets regular season home game at Citi Field during the 2024 regular season, in each case subject to availability.

Complimentary tickets and those tickets marked "NO RAINCHECK" shall have no value and do not constitute a rain check. These tickets are not eligible to be exchanged; however, they are valid for admission to the makeup game. No refunds will be given.

PAID TICKETS (for a Regular Season game for which a make-up game is announced as part of a single-admission doubleheader, or that is cancelled and not rescheduled)

If a regulation game (as defined by Major League Baseball) has not been played and the game is rescheduled as part as a single-admission doubleheader or is cancelled and not rescheduled, your paid ticket serves as your rain check.

A digital voucher will be loaded into each attending patrons My Mets Tickets account (accessed by clicking the Vouchers tab) and will be accessible the next day. Fans may exchange the voucher for a ticket comparable in price and location to another eligible Mets regular season home game at Citi Field during the 2024 regular season, in each case subject to availability. Restrictions may apply.

Note that a regulation game has been played even if it is suspended after it becomes a regulation game. Complimentary tickets and those tickets marked "NO RAINCHECK" shall have no value and do not constitute a rain check. No refunds will be given.
Group or Daily Suite Tickets purchasers who purchased through a Mets representative will be contacted by their rep regarding rescheduling their group for another date.

Group tickets purchased online as part of Community, Health, Heritage or Theme date will fall under the standard Mets Rain Check policy (see above). No refunds will be given.

WILL CALL

Customers with unclaimed tickets in Will Call need to contact Mets Ticket Services (by phone at 718-565-4360 or in person at the Ticket Services office) to pick them up or to exchange their tickets under the Mets Rain Check policy (see above).

If the game is postponed and rescheduled as an open date or as part of a split-admission doubleheader, unclaimed Will Call tickets are valid for the announced make-up game and can be picked up at Will Call on that day.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS

Complimentary tickets and those marked "NO RAINCHECK" are valid for the rescheduled game only if rescheduled as a stand-alone game or as part of a split-admission doubleheader.

The original ticket is used for entry to the rescheduled game. If the game is not rescheduled, or is rescheduled as part of a single-admission doubleheader, complimentary tickets or those tickets marked "NO RAINCHECK" shall have no value and do not constitute a rain check.

PARKING

Pre-Paid Passes: Ticket holders that purchased a prepaid parking pass for a postponed game will automatically receive a voucher redeemable for a new prepaid parking pass in their My Mets Tickets account the next morning following a postponed event. However, a parking space in a specific lot is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

On-Site Purchased Parking: Fans that purchase day of game parking upon arrival at Citi Field can click here. This form will validate that parking was purchased for the postponed event and upon completion, fans will receive a parking voucher delivered within 24 hours to the “Vouchers” section of their My Mets Tickets account that can be used for a future Mets home game at Citi Field, subject to availability.
