If you pay in full or in advance of a series, refunds for all unplayed Postseason games will be distributed within 30 days after the Mariners conclude their Postseason play. Please contact [email protected] with additional questions.
Q: What happens to the money I paid towards games that are not played?
In the event that the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the date on which the Game was scheduled to occur, a refund will automatically be posted to the payment card used for payment of the ticket. Please note that each purchase of one (1) 2024 Postseason suite includes a commitment to purchase up to three (3) single-game suites for a mutually agreed upon game(s) during the 2025 regular season as described on the FAQ page. Q: What happens to the money I paid towards games that are not played if I purchased through a 3rd party?
Postseason tickets for games not played that were purchased through the Seattle Mariners will be automatically refunded to the ticket purchaser of record by the original method of payment. If you acquire tickets through any other party, you must contact that party for your refund.

How the Presale and Smart Queue works
- Before your presale begins, make sure you’ve logged into your Ticketmaster account. If you do not have an account, click here to create one.

- Once you click the event you want, you’ll be re-directed to the Ticketmaster waiting room.

Q: Is there a set time I will get ticket access?
A: No, a set time is not guaranteed and there may be a longer wait than you’ve experienced before. You will however stay updated with your status in line along the way. Remember to watch your page, as the Queue can move quicker than expected and your turn can come at any moment.
Q: Can I skip the Queue?
A: No, the Queue may not be skipped.
Q: Will I get tickets if I have a spot in the Queue?
A: Just like before, tickets are always based on availability, demand, and are not guaranteed.

Upon purchase, all tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app, My Mariners Account or in your Ticketmaster account. Single-game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will not appear in your My Mariners Account.

There are 4 potential “rounds” of the Postseason.

There are varying levels of total possible games that may be played for each round. Please see below for the total possible games in each series.

Q: How many games could be played at T-Mobile Park during the Postseason?
There are a maximum of 14 possible games that could be played at T-Mobile Park during the Postseason. Actual game play is entirely dependent on which team in each series has homefield advantage.
- Wild Card Series – 3 possible home games
- American League Division Series (ALDS) – 3 possible home games
- American League Championship Series (ALCS) – 4 possible home games
- World Series – 4 possible home games
Q: How is home field advantage determined?
At each round of the Postseason there are always two possible schedules, determined based on each team’s record. The team with the best record leading into the series will receive home field advantage and have the opportunity to play more games of that series at their home field.
Q: Why do my tickets read Home Game 1, 2, 3…?
Home Game 1, 2, 3…refers to the games played at T-Mobile Park during a Postseason series. For example, if the Mariners advance to the ALDS without home field advantage, the first possible game to be played at T-Mobile Park (Home Game 1) would be ALDS Game #3.
