- On days in which promotional giveaways are distributed, fans will receive the giveaway upon entering for the tour (does not include giveaways which are part of special ticket packages such as Bark In the Park or Hello Kitty Night, etc.).
- Pets are not permitted on the tour (even on ‘Bark at the Park’ event days), aside from trained service animals or service animals-in-training.
- Guests are expected to stay with the tour group until the conclusion of the tour. Guests that leave the group or disrespect the staff will be escorted out of the ballpark and not receive a credit or refund on their tour ticket.
- No Autographs or player requests may be made on this tour unless initiated by the player.
Where do I check in for my tour?
Non-Gameday Tour Check-in:
Third Base Lobby, located along 1st Avenue just North of the Homeplate Gates.
Gameday & Pregame Tour Check-in:
Club Skybridge, accessible from the 5th Floor of the Mariners Garage. Fans may access the skybridge using the elevators or stairs within the parking garage.
When should I arrive for my tour?
We suggest arriving approximately 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time of your tour.

Are tours wheelchair accessible?
All tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible. If you have a disability requiring any type of accommodation, we ask that you email us at least 72 hours in advance at [email protected] to ensure the requested assistance can be provided.
Wheelchairs are available, free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that T-Mobile Park staff cannot provide special wheelchair assistance on-site. Guests with disabilities who are unable to independently operate their wheelchair should be accompanied by someone able to assist them during the tour.
Can I purchase tickets on the day of my tour?
Tickets can only be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com. Tour tickets are not available for purchase at the T-Mobile Park Box Office or Team Store. We encourage all guests to purchase tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. We do not accept cash, check or purchase orders.

Children
T-Mobile Park offers complimentary admission to children under 3 years of age, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
Can I take photos on the tour? Can I bring in a camera?
Yes! Guests are welcome to take photos. Personal photography and video are permitted in the ballpark provided the images are for personal use only. However, videotaping any game action is prohibited. Photographic support tools that may interfere with the enjoyment of the game for others (such as tripods, detachable telephoto lenses, and selfie sticks) are not permitted in the ballpark.
Bags/Backpacks
For enhanced ballpark security and to expedite the entry process for all of our guests, T-Mobile Park prohibits bags with the exception for single compartment bags measuring 7” x 10” or smaller, infant and medical bags.
Will I be able to buy food and beverages?
No, concession stands are only open during games and will not be available along the tour route.
I do not see a specific tour time listed under my desired date, is it sold out?
It is most likely that the tour is sold out or we have cancelled the tour due to an event at the ballpark.
Gratuities/Tips
Great service is always complimentary at T-Mobile Park. Guests can demonstrate their appreciation for our staff by emailing [email protected] so that they may be recognized. In lieu of a tip, we would ask fans to donate to the Mariners Care Foundation to support youth athletes in our area. Donate now.
Postponed or Canceled Tours
In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, guests will be contacted for updates and tickets may be exchanged for a future date.
Service Animals
Service animals or service animals-in-training for a Guest with disabilities are welcome at T-Mobile Park. Companion tickets for service animals can be requested through the Ticket Office. T-Mobile Park Team Members are available to direct Guests in need of a service animal relief area to the nearest convenient area outside the ballpark.
Non-service animals are not permitted on T-Mobile Park tours, even on ‘Bark at the Park’ event days.
What’s the difference between Gameday Tours and the Pregame Tour Experience?
Our Gameday Tour is our standard daily tour – no game ticket required. A game ticket is required for our Pregame Tour Experience which is a 90-minute experience and includes up to 30 minutes of watching batting practice from one of our outfield venues. Please note guests who purchase the pregame tour on all fan giveaway days, receive the giveaway item at the start or end of the tour.
Please note, Batting practice is taken at the discretion of both teams’ managers and is not guaranteed and can be cancelled at any time.
Can I stay in the ballpark after the Pregame Tour?
Tour and Game Tickets will be scanned upon arrival for the Pregame Tour Experience. At the conclusion of the tour, fans will be able to explore the ballpark when gates open to the public. If fans wish to exit the ballpark, they should request a reentry card from their Tour Guide at the start of the tour.
