Who is eligible?​

All customers are eligible to receive complimentary MLB.TV through 9/1, at which point billing will begin.

How do customers qualify?​

All customers must opt-in to the promotion and place $5 in real money wagers on the MLB between July 15th and July 30th. They will then be sent a link to receive free MLB.TV until 9/1. All customers qualify regardless of if their wager wins or loses. ​

When does the promotion start and end? ​

Promotion will begin at 9:00 AM ET on July 15, 2024, and end at 11:59 PM ET on July 30, 2024​

Are there bet restrictions?​

Yes. The bet must be on the MLB, but all MLB games & markets are eligible. This can be combined with other offers.​

Is opt-in required? ​

Yes, customers are required to opt-in. ​

What MLB.TV Package is included in the 3-month trial?​

MLB.TV All Teams Monthly Package

How do I redeem my code?​

After placing a qualifying wager, customers will receive a unique redemption link via email. After clicking unique link, there are 3 possible redemption flows:

  • Existing already logged in customers: skip directly to redeem/checkout page
  • New customers: register for an account and enter billing info, proceed to redeem/checkout page

How do I cancel my subscription to MLB.TV?​

All subscriptions will automatically roll to paid on 9/1. A customer can cancel by calling or emailing MLB.TV customer service via the form here. A customer must cancel via MLB.TV, not FanDuel.​

When do the codes expire?​

Codes expire on August 3, 2024.

What happens if someone is already a MLB.TV customer?​

Only new MLB.TV subscribers are eligible. If they are already a paying subscriber they do not qualify for promotion. ​

Can we offer this to our Canadian customers?​

Unfortunately, this is only available in the US​

Can I use a PBT as part of my wager?​

No, this cannot be combined with any other offers.

Are there any restrictions or blackout policies?

Due to certain Major League Baseball national exclusivities, select regular season, special event, and Postseason games are unavailable on MLB.TV. Live audio of the games that are unavailable is available to customers within At Bat, which is included with all MLB.TV subscriptions.

How do I watch on Mobile Devices?

MLB App access is included for FREE.To access MLB.TV on your favorite supported Apple or Android mobile device, please follow the steps below. For a full list of supported devices, click here.

To view MLB.TV on your supported mobile device after activating MLB.TV, please follow the steps below:

Apple Devices go to the iTunes App Store / Android Devices go to the Google Play Market/ Amazon Devices go to the Amazon Store.

  1. Download the free MLB App.
  2. Open “MLB” and tap on “Subscriber Login” for Apple Devices or “Sign in with MLB.com” for Android Devices.
  3. Type in your MLB.com credentials and tap “Log In.”

To access live or on-demand content, tap on the "Watch" tab from the bottom navigation bar. Select the "Games" sub-tab to see a listing of available games. You can scroll to previous dates using the left and right arrows. Tap on a game to select from the game feeds available.

How do I watch on Connected Devices?

  1. To watch games on mobile and connected devices, download the MLB app and select the game you wish to view.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.
  3. Sharing of your username and password is strictly prohibited. For more information, please click here.

How Do I select my favorite team during onboarding?

In order to view your favorite team’s news, highlights, schedule, ticketing, standings, and roster, you will want to access their Team Page. You can also configure a "Favorite Team," which will create an additional tab for quick access to this information.

Setting a "Favorite Team"
  1. Tap on the "Browse" icon in the upper right of your home tab
  2. Scroll down until you see "Account Settings" and tap on it
  3. Tap on "My Teams and Players"
  4. Tap on the "Favorite Team" row to launch the favorite team picker
  5. Select your favorite team
Managing a "Favorite Team"
  1. Tap on the "Browse" icon in the upper right of your home tab
  2. Scroll down until you see "Account Settings" and tap on it
  3. Tap on "My Teams and Players"
  4. Tap on "Edit" in the upper right
  5. Select your favorite team
