How do I disable email notifications?
You can enable or disable all MLB email notifications by going to your Subscription Management page here: https://www.mlb.com/account/newsletters.
From there, you will need to go to the “Email Newsletter” tab and check (or uncheck) all the boxes listed on that page. Once you have done that, select “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your progress.
