You must provide complete and accurate information, including your name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and fax), email address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The email address associated with your Fan Club membership account will be your Cleveland Indians Fan Club member username. You must use or, for gifts, provide a unique email address and password for each membership purchased. Purchasing a Cleveland Indians Fan Club Gift Membership
