2 hr) in two starts during the Olympics...was rated as the A's number one prospect and the fourth best

Was Arizona's second round pick in 2006 but did not sign until Sept. 1, 2006...made his professional

South Bend and Single-A Visalia...ranked third in the Diamondbacks farm system in wins and ERA...
allowed a .270 opponents batting average, including .215 by left-handed hitters and .283 by right-handers...
