Vice President, Planning & Development
Emily has managed design and construction projects ranging in scale at Campo Las Palmas, (the Dodgers’ home in the Dominican Republic), Camelback Ranch (the Dodgers’ Spring Training facility in Arizona), and Dodger Stadium, including the Centerfield Plaza expansion and recent clubhouse renovation. Emily joined the Dodgers in 2016 as an administrative assistant and has held several positions within Planning & Development during her tenure with the Dodgers.
Emily was named the Dodgers’ selectee for Major League Baseball’s 2023 Katy Feeney cohort, an honor granted annually to one female employee working in the front office at each of the 30 MLB Clubs who is making a significant contribution and displaying exceptional initiative.
Prior to joining the Dodgers, Emily worked for the Pawtucket Red Sox, then the AAA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
Additionally, Emily serves as Senior Project Director for Canopy Team, a sports development advisory team started by Elysian Park Ventures in 2022. In her Canopy role, Emily is responsible for leading capital improvement projects at venues ranging from minor league baseball parks to college football stadiums.
