A bullpen mix-up resulted in a frustrated Bruce Bochy

You'll have to forgive Bruce Bochy if it appeared as though he lost his sense of humor for a moment. With the Giants clinging to a 1-0 lead over the Dodgers in the sixth inning on Tuesday night, one of Bochy's best starting pitchers, Johnny Cueto, left the game with a groin injury. Given that the Giants are currently in a dramatic three-way race for the two NL Wild Card spots, the early departure of Cueto was obviously an unwelcome development.
After the injury, Bochy went to the mound to call for Cueto's replacement and right-handed reliever George Kontos trotted out from the bullpen. We've seen that scene play out a million times. Manager makes a call to the bullpen; reliever trots in; manager hands him the ball; baseball is played. Except this time we were treated to this instead:

Poor, Bochy. He's already having a rough night and then, as you can see by his stern gesticulations, the reliever he requested was not the one running towards him. Once he made his displeasure clear, Kontos did an about-face and headed back while the left-handed Steven Okert trotted out instead.
The good news for Bochy: It would appear his instincts were right on as Okert proceeded to throw 1 2/3 scoreless innings.
