During Wednesday night's game against the Twins, Rangers rookie Luis Sardinas flipped his bat and proudly took his first walk as a Major Leaguer:
But there was a little problem: though Minnesota pitcher Kyle Gibson had in fact thrown a ball, it was only ball No. 3:
Sardinas flew out to left field on the next pitch, and was presumably offered a few lessons on how to count.
