One Indians fan flew all the way from Maui to be at Progressive Field for World Series Game 1

Cleveland hasn't seen a World Series game in almost 20 years, and it hasn't seen a World Series championship in almost 70. The moral of the story: Game 1 at Progressive Field on Tuesday night was a really, really big deal.
Such a big deal, in fact, that Indians fans were willing to do just about anything to get there -- including, in the case of one fan, traveling all the way from Hawaii:

The fan pictured above flew all the way from Waikapu, Maui, Hawaii -- 4,503 miles, to be exact. As you can hear in the clip above, she grew up in Ohio and has two brothers who still live in the area, so when the Tribe punched its ticket to the Fall Classic, she had to come back home. Even if it meant running on "like six hours of sleep."
Thankfully, her dedication was rewarded with a win: Behind six shutout innings from Corey Kluber, the Indians took Game 1, 6-0, on Tuesday night. You can tune in to Game 2 on Wednesday (7 p.m. ET game time on FOX, 6 p.m. ET pregame show on FS1).
