Sometimes, baseball players lose the grip on their bats. When they do, these bats might fly into the stands. A moment such as this occurred during Sunday's Nationals-Yankees game -- landing in the lap of a fan seated behind the dugout.

Fortunately, she was OK. But just to make sure, Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson, who serves as a Yankees Spring Training instructor, climbed into the stands to hand-deliver a signed baseball to her seat.
