This photo of Didi Gregorius bat flipping and the Rays' Jesus Sucre grimacing is both beautiful and painful

during Opening Day at Yankee Stadium on April 3, 2018 in the Bronx borough of New York City. (Elsa)

Didi Gregorius had a career game in the Yankees' 11-4 win over the Rays on Tuesday. He went 4-for-4 with two homers and eight RBIs -- the latter being a record for any shortstop (including him, yes) in franchise history.

His second dinger was a big one, too, helping the Yankees build some insurance after the Rays cut the lead to one in the seventh inning. It was a no-doubter:

It was a huge momentum lift for New York and a crushing blow to Tampa Bay's comeback. Equal parts pleasure and equal parts pain. Just look at this photo:

Better yet, look at the GIF:

Be sad. Be happy. Be glad baseball is back to make you feel some feelings.
