Bryce Harper waves to booing Braves fans, then homers in his first at-bat of 2016
In case you somehow managed to miss all of the 2015 season and, like, every Opening Day for the past four years, Bryce Harper is here to remind you that he can hit a baseball farther than everyone you know.
Harper and the Nationals had their #CapsOn in Atlanta on Opening Day, and Braves fans let the reigning NL MVP know exactly how they felt when they showered him with boos during the starting lineup announcements.

The boo birds were out again when Harper stepped up for his first at-bat of the season. Ever the entertainer, Harper basked in their boos and promptly launched a home run into the right-field seats:
For what it's worth, this isn't the first time Harper's jumped out to a hot start. In just four Opening Day games in the 23-year-old's young career, he's hit four home runs.
Basically, it should already be an MLB tradition to intentionally walk Harper -- regardless of the situation -- until Day 2 of the season.
