MLB Network's Greg Amsinger correctly predicts Rangers-Blue Jays ALDS Game 2 to go 14 innings

Amsinger correctly predicts ALDS' extra innings

We can no longer deny it: MLB Network's Greg Amsinger, seemingly a mild-mannered TV host, is actually a psychic. This man can predict the future. We've had our brushes with the gifted before, but this is on another level.

Last year, before the All-Star Game, Amsinger joked with Mike Trout about the star outfielder hitting a triple in that night's Midsummer Classic, scoring the retiring Derek Jeter in the process. And then, sure enough, Trout got his three-bagger and his #Re2pectful RBI:

What a funny coincidence, right? Amsinger called it correctly! We all had a laugh and didn't think much of it.

But then, in August of last year, he did it again -- correctly predicting not only Buster Posey's walk-off home run against the Rockies, but also play-by-play man Duane Kuiper's reaction:

To quote the great Ricky Jay, this is not just something that happened; this cannot be one of those things. And, sure enough, Amsinger did it again on Friday, correctly predicting that ALDS Game 2 between the Rangers and Blue Jays would go to extras.

Oh, and he predicted the exact number of innings, too. The man said 14 and, sure enough ...

Amsinger

Clearly, Amsinger needs to start leading his segments with a "spoiler alert." The rest of us haven't seen these things yet.
