Brewers postseason tickets on sale Friday, online and in person
MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers don’t yet know whether they’ll play a best-of-three NL Wild Card Series or a best-of-five NL Division Series. They don’t know the opponent and they don’t know whether they’ll play during the day or under the lights. That will all be settled over the remaining games in the regular season.
But they do know this: They will host postseason baseball in a couple of weeks after clinching the NL Central division title on Wednesday, and that means it’s time to start trying to fill American Family Field.
Tickets for the first postseason series -- whatever round that turns out to be -- will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. CT at Brewers.com/Postseason, and fans who purchase those seats will get the first opportunity to buy tickets for the next round should the Brewers advance.
If you don’t want to wait until 10 a.m., the club is staging a Drive-Thru Postseason Prep Rally from 6-9 a.m. CT on Friday at American Family Field, where fans will get a free Brewers car flag along with a QR code offering early access to purchase postseason tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
Fans in attendance will also get a chance to meet Brewers manager Pat Murphy, along with Hall of Famer Robin Yount, Packers Hall of Famer Donald Driver, Bucks All-Star Sidney Moncrief and other Wisconsin sports greats.
Car flags and free bratwursts (yes, brats for breakfast) will be available to the first 5,000 fans in line.
