Arctic Tailgate Official Rules

MILWAUKEE BREWERS 2020 ARCTIC TAILGATE DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

1. No purchase necessary to win.

2. Must be legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older and residing in the United States to participate.

3. All eligible individuals may enter in-person by completing an entry form at the Milwaukee Brewers 2019 Arctic Tailgate event at Miller Park on Friday, February 14, 2020. Fans may enter to win on Friday, February 14, 2020 between the hours of 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All eligible entrants must complete the entry form in its entirety, including providing the entrant's full name and primary phone number. Limit one (1) entry per individual.

4. Drawings for Prizes (as defined below) will take place at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2020. The order of Prize distribution is subject to MBBC's sole discretion.

5. Prizes will include: two (2) autographed baseballs (each valued at $40); one (1) ESPN Milwaukee Party Pack (valued at $20); two (2) Johnsonville Prize Packs (each valued at $20); and three (3) MLB Gift Bags (each valued at $20). MBBC reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any Prize listed here for another prize of equal or greater value.

6. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. *WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. *Winners must come forward within five (5) minutes from the time his or her name is announced, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. The same rules shall apply to any alternate winner.

7. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entrants. The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club reserves the right to modify or terminate sweepstakes if conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.

8. Employees of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, Delaware North Sportservice Corporation, and their immediate families and households are not eligible to participate.

9. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award of Prize, shall be submitted to the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, whose decision shall be binding and final. Any entrant who provides false information prior to, or as a result of, receiving a sweepstakes Prize shall be disqualified and shall waive any right to the Prize.

10. All federal, state and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes consist only of items specifically listed as part of the Prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

11. Anyone requesting the name of the Prize winners or additional information as it relates to the sweepstakes must submit the request in writing along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address: 2020 Arctic Tailgate Drawing, Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, Attn: Taylor Goldman, One Brewers Way, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53214.
