Brewers Donation Requests

The Brewers are proud to be an integral part of our community. We thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event.

The Brewers are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year and we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Please fill out the online Donation Request Form below to submit your request. The form will be reviewed by the Milwaukee Brewers Community Relations Department.

Please remember that submitting an online request does not guarantee a donation. Due to the many requests we receive, our Submission Guidelines have been implemented to assist as many organizations as possible. Please take a moment to become familiar with our policies below before submitting your online request. Please do not call directly with status updates. All correspondence will be done via e-mail.

  • As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the large volume we receive.
  • All donation requests must be submitted ONLINE only at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event.
  • Organizations must complete the Brewers Donation Request Form ONLINE to be considered for a donation.
  • Mailed/Phoned/E-mailed/Faxed requests will NOT be accepted.
  • The Brewers will consider requests from nonprofit organizations and their fundraising efforts in the Wisconsin Area only.
  • Requests are filled at the discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers. All decisions are final.
  • Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period.
  • Donations will be mailed out at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
  • We are unable to donate to for-profit companies - including employee/volunteer appreciation days/holiday events.
  • Due to the volume of requests, the Milwaukee Brewers regret that we cannot accept items to be signed for fundraisers or special events.
  • Our peak season of supporting charitable events is during the regular baseball season and we fulfill the majority of requests with complimentary tickets to Brewers home games. Fundraisers and events held during the off-season will receive a ticket voucher redeemable for complimentary tickets to games for the following season.
