Parade Participant Playbook

We are so glad to have you as part of our special pregame ceremonies here at Trust Park! Here are some helpful pieces of information to ensure your group has a memorable experience!

  • All parade participants should meet 1.5 hours prior to first pitch at the 3rd Base Ramp behind section 135 (near 3rd base gate on lower level). For your safety, while in line at the 3rd Base Ramp, please line against the railing to allow throughput traffic up and down ramp.
  • A Braves representative will lead you behind the scenes and onto the field. While behind the scenes, please be respectful of the employees working.
  • In order to keep the field game ready, please don’t touch the grass! We encourage you to take photos and videos on the field.
  • Since we have a limited amount of time for parades, please help ensure everyone participates by only taking photos and videos while moving.
  • Please refrain from asking for autographs, or stopping at the dugout/homeplate area.
  • Our Grounds Crew washes the outfield walls by hand! Please make their job easier by not jumping or climbing on the walls.
  • Most parades will exit the field in center field.
  • All parades will end back where they started at the 3rd Base Ramp outside Section 135.
  • Depending on parade size, some parades that involve youth organizations will be asked to not include parents and family members.
  • The parade route is a long walk and accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.
  • Please carry small children during the parade to ensure keeping pace.
  • Please refrain from bringing food and drinks onto the field.

We hope you enjoy the game!
