SEATTLE -- A few days after reaching a deal with first-rounder Max Muncy, the A’s welcomed a large chunk of the rest of their Draft selections to the organization.

Prior to the start of a four-game road series against the Mariners on Thursday, the A’s announced that they have agreed to terms with 17 of their 20 picks from the 2021 MLB Draft, while also signing a pair of non-drafted free agents in left-hander Jack Owen of Auburn University and Stanford first baseman Nick Brueser.

Brueser performed well while playing not too far down the road with the Cardinal. The 22-year-old first baseman earned a First-Team All-Pac-12 selection last season after hitting .304 with 11 homers and 34 RBIs with a .914 OPS in 52 games. Prior to his college career, Brueser was a standout at Hamilton (Ariz.) High School and won the National High School Home Run Derby at the 2016 MLB All-Star Game at Petco Park in San Diego.

Here are the signing bonus numbers on some of the notable signings, which were first reported by MLB Pipeline’s Jonathan Mayo and Jim Callis.

RHP Grant Holman, Cal, 6th round: $375k (slot is $255,300 for No. 188 pick)
INF Brett Harris, Gonzaga, 7th round: $120k (slot is $200,100 for No. 218 pick)
SS Drew Swift, Arizona State, 8th round: $125k (slot is $165,400 for No. 248 pick)
SS Jack Winkler, University of San Francisco, 10th round: $50k (slot is $143k for No. 308 pick)
OF Jonny Butler, NC State, 14th round: $125k

The A’s also have agreed to terms with fourth-round OF Denzel Clarke (Cal St. Northridge) and fifth-round catcher CJ Rodriguez (Vanderbilt), a source told MLB.com on Thursday. These two deals have not been confirmed by the club.

The only pick yet to agree to terms with Oakland is third baseman Zack Gelof, who was taken in the second round out of Virginia.
