Renewal Process FAQs

What if my card is declined?

Your Account Manager will call you within a week to get an updated card for your Payment Plan. Please update your credit card on the payment tab to avoid any declines.

What if I pay with a check?

We accept checks for payment, but you will need to put a card on file that will be charged only if we do not receive your check by the scheduled payment date.

What if I don’t want to renew?

You will have 21 days to opt-out of the Auto-Renewal program. During the 21 day opt-out period, you may visit www.astros.com/sthcancellation to cancel your Season Tickets. Make sure you do this by July 30, 2020 at 11:59pm CT.

My partners and I split the payments; how will our cards be charged?

We will need one main card to be on file to be charged for the Auto-Renewal payments. If you prefer to split the payments up, your partners will need to make payments on the payment tab before each payment date to make the separate payments. If a payment is not received, the main card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.
