Orbit's slate of educational school shows cover important topics such as anti-bullying, literacy, STEM, STAAR testing, making smart decisions, and so much more!
Each show features audience participation, interactive games and high-energy storytelling to get students excited about making a difference in their lives and in their school!
*Shows are approximately 45 minutes and are geared towards an elementary-aged audience

Character Counts Show
Based on the “Six Pillars of Character”, this show encourages students to become the best they can be when it comes to Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. A great show to kick-off the school year!
Make SMART Choices Show
Perfect for Red Ribbon Week, or anytime during the school year, this show focuses on making smart choices when it comes to strangers, drugs, and other dangers; and being SMART when it comes to finding yourself in an "uh oh" situation by Saying "NO!", Making Noise, Acting Fast, Running to a Safe Place, and Telling a Grown Up.
Strikeout Bullying Show, presented by Whataburger
Emphasizes a Bully-Free environment in and out of school.
This fun and interactive show features Orbit and an emcee teaching students about the different types of bullying and encourages students to take a pledge to make bullying STOP by Standing up for one another, Telling an adult, Offering friendship, and Practicing respect.
Shoot for the STAAR Test
Chock full of interactive games and positive vibes, this show instills confidence in students and gets them excited as they prepare for the STAAR test! Complete with test-taking tips and motivational messaging, students are encouraged to RELAX as they Read the question carefully, Examine every answer choice, Label their answers, Always check their work, and X-out any answers that can’t be right!
Orbit's School Celebration Show
Whether you are celebrating the STAAR test, end of the school year, or just looking to have some fun, this show is great for any occasion during the school year.
The action packed show will focus on celebrating the accomplishments of both students and teachers!
Orbit's Reading Rally, presented by Oxy
The Orbit Reading Rally Show, presented by Oxy educates students on the importance of reading 20 minutes a day and how it affects their daily lives by helping them Get Smarter, Learn New Things, and Prepare for Their Future!
Science of Baseball STEM Show, presented by Covestro
Illustrates the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, and how students can find principles of these subjects in everyday activities that they know and enjoy!
Orbit applies STEM principles such as Newton's Laws while playing catch (Science); how smart phones, computers, and radios help keep up with the Houston Astros when they are at an away game (Technology); using items that were engineered to launch t-shirts into the audience (Engineering); determining player statistics and keeping the score of a baseball game (Mathematics).
Summer Reading Library Show
Orbit’s Library Show is a great way to enhance your Summer Reading initiatives! This show educates your community on the importance of literacy, proper library etiquette, and the value of having a library card. Participants also have the opportunity to check-off some of their Summer Reading activities just by attending!
