Payments

Please check your invoice for a specific payment due date. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to comply with this payment policy will result in forfeiture of your reservation(s). The Colorado Rockies reserve the right to cancel your reservation(s) if payment is not received on or before the due date printed on your invoice.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a reservation, please understand that we will only refund payments if we are able to resell the facility for that particular game date. If the facility is not resold, all payments are non-refundable.

Resale is Prohibited

The Suiteholder and his/her invitees may not resell any suite tickets or parking passes purchased by or provided to the Suiteholder without the consent of the Colorado Rockies Suites Department. Any such sale or attempted sale will result in the cancellation of the suite reservation(s) without refund.

Suites Canceled/Postponed Games

In the event that your game is canceled or postponed, your suite tickets are good for the rescheduled game. If your group is unable to attend the rescheduled game, you may exchange your tickets for another date.

The Suites & Party Facilities Department will only coordinate with the suite host when making an exchange. If the gates did NOT open up for your original game date, your food will be provided for the rescheduled game at no charge. If the gates did open to the ballpark, you will be responsible for placing and paying for a new food order for the rescheduled game. Exchanges must be made prior to the start of the rescheduled game.

Picnic Canceled/Postponed Games

If a game’s starting time is delayed prior to the picnic area being opened, food and beverage service will also be delayed to coincide with the delayed starting time. In the event a delay is not officially announced until after the picnic area has opened, the food service will be provided as originally scheduled and end with the original start time of the game, or at management’s discretion. If your game is canceled anytime after the gates and picnic area have opened, catering will proceed as scheduled for 2 hours, or for a time frame designated at the discretion of management. Your game tickets should be used for the designated makeup game or may be exchanged individually for another game according to the policy on the reverse of every game ticket. Exchanges are based on availability. Please be aware that a makeup game may be rescheduled for the following day or months later. Since the picnic menu has been served as scheduled, a refund for the catering costs will not be made. If your game is canceled prior to the gates and picnic area opening, your tickets should be used for the rescheduled game. If your group cannot attend this game, your picnic reservation may be exchanged by the picnic host of record for another available game. Exchanges will only be processed under one request coordinated by the picnic host directly with the Suites & Party Facilities Department. All exchanges will only be honored if completed prior to the start of the makeup game.
