Group Tickets FAQ
What is the minimum number of tickets to be considered a group?
Ten (10) tickets or more qualify for discounted group rates.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your group tickets can be accessed digitally via the MLB Ballpark app and forwarded to your group members.
Can I have my tickets printed?
Comerica Park is a fully digital ticket venue and no longer offers printed tickets.
What if I do not know how many tickets I will need?
The Tigers offer flexibility in the booking process to adjust your headcount within 80% of your initial commitment at time of final payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
A minimum of 25% of the total ticket purchase cost is due at the time of the initial purchase. The remaining balance of the ticket purchase is due 30 days prior to the game date.
What time do gates open?
Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch.
What time do hospitality doors open?
- MotorCity Casino Tiger Club – 2 hours before first pitch
- Vizzy View, Picnics, Plazas & Blue Moon Bases Loaded Bar – 90 minutes before first pitch
