How do fans vote?

Voting begins after the 6th inning and ends 10 minutes after the final out. Fans with MLB accounts can vote online.

Can I change my vote?

You change your vote as many times as you’d like until voting closes 10 minutes after the final out.

Can I vote for multiple games?

You can vote for the POTG for as many games as you want until voting closes for each game.

Who can I vote for?

All players who officially participate in a game are eligible to receive votes.

Are players sorted for voting?

Players are ranked by their Win Probability Added (WPA).

How should I decide on a player?

It's up to you! You can use personal preference of stats, a player having a key moment, or any other reason.

Where can I find the final fan vote?

Go to MLB.com/potg or the MLB app's Gameday wrap for fan-voting results. Results will be displayed until 10 am ET before switching to the next day's game schedule.

What’s the difference between the fan vote and MLB's vote?
