Strengthen Your Lineup Sweepstakes (the "SWEEPSTAKES")

Eligibility: The Strengthen Your Lineup (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state/territory of residence, whichever is older) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“Sponsor”), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (“Church & Dwight”), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/26/2022 and ends at 6:00:00 PM ET on 9/30/2022 ("Sweepstakes Period").

How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.mlb.com/strengthenyourlineup on your computer or mobile device, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes registration page and then fully complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/15/2022 to be eligible for the first prize (“First Prize”) and by 6:00:00 p.m. ET on 9/30/2022 to be eligible for the grand prize (“Grand Prize” with both prizes combined sometimes hereafter referred to as “Prizes”). If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data rates apply. Each wireless carrier’s data rate plan may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for information on data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes.

Bonus Entries: There are two (2) ways to receive one (1) bonus entry during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Opt-In: Prior to submitting your registration form, opt-in to receive Church & Dwight marketing and promotional emails to receive one (1) bonus entry. By opting in, you agree to Church & Dwight’s privacy policy, accessible at http://www.churchdwight.com/privacy-policy.aspx.
2. Mail-In: To receive one (1) bonus entry without opting in to receive Church & Dwight emails, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number (with area code) and month and year of birth on a piece of 3"x 5" piece of paper and mail your entry in a #10 envelope to: 1271 Avenue of the Americas, 6th Floor, attn: Eric Sullivan, New York, NY 10020. All mailed entries must be postmarked by 6/15/22 and received by 6/20/22 to be eligible for the First Prize drawing or postmarked by 9/30/22 and received by 10/5/22 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, automated, mass entries and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit one (1) entry and one (1) bonus entry per person/valid email address. Additional entries received from any person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period beyond the specified limit will be void. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive (a) commercial emails from Sponsor and/or Church & Dwight and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates does not impact entrant’s chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Administrator and/or Sponsor by telephone and/or email for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, postage due or garbled entries, email or mail; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, or transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable, satellite or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or downloading of materials from or use of the website, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or email or the announcement of the Prizes. Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, believe has attempted to tamper with, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as the person named on the applicable entry form.

Grand Prize and First Prize Winner Selection: One (1) potential First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about 6/21/2022, from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/21/2022 and one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about 10/6/2022, from among all eligible entries received throughout the overall Sweepstakes Period. The random drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent sweepstakes management company. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. The decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household. All non-winning eligible entries from one drawing will automatically carry-over to and remain eligible for the subsequent drawing.

Winner Notification: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which will be final and binding in all respects. The potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of the date of issuance. The potential winners will be required to complete an IRS Form W9 and provide their Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. The guest(s) of the winners (or such guest's parent/legal guardian if guest is under the age of majority in his/her state of legal residence) may be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. In the event that a potential winner declines a Prize, is not eligible to accept a Prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, and/or cannot be contacted by Administrator or Sponsor for any reason, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Administrator, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. The return of Prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Administrator's discretion, the selection of an alternate potential winner for the applicable Prize by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue.

Prizes: Two (2) Prizes will be awarded as follows:

One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests between a major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize winner's residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game (defined below) ("WS Host City"); two (2) night hotel accommodations (i.e. two (2) standard, double occupancy rooms) in the WS Host City at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; four (4) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and his/her three (3) guests for Game 1 of the 2022 World Series ("World Series Game"); and admission to the World Series Game 1 pregame batting practice for Winner and his/her three (3) guests (collectively, the "Grand Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $6,500.) Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending on Grand Prize winner's city of departure and WS Host City (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). The exact nature and duration of the pregame batting practice viewing experience is in the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations at the World Series Game shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of the WS Host City (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. If the designated World Series Game or any other Grand Prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, the travel portion of the Grand Prize may be awarded less applicable canceled or postponed Grand Prize-related activity(s) at Sponsor's sole discretion and if possible, Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) or cash equivalent of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel and must have no impediment to entering the WS Host City. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The guests of the Grand Prize winner must be of legal age of majority in their states of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner may take a minor guest if he/she is the parent or legal guardian of such child or legal ward. All Grand Prize details are at Sponsor's and Administrator's sole discretion.

One (1) First Prize: The First Prize winner will receive a prize package consisting of the following: round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests between a major U.S. airport nearest First Prize winner's residence in the U.S. and Los Angeles, CA ("ASG Host City"); three (3) night hotel accommodations (i.e. two (2) standard, double occupancy rooms) in the ASG Host City at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; four (4) tickets for the First Prize winner and his/her three (3) guests for the 2022 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard scheduled to be played in the ASG Host City on 7/19/2022 (the "All-Star Game"); four (4) tickets for winner and his/her three (3) guests to attend the following additional games, exhibitions and events in Los Angeles, CA: (a) the T-Mobile Home Run Derby; and (b) MLB All-Star Sunday. Exact game/event/exhibition dates and seating locations, if any, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the "First Prize" and together with the Grand Prize, the "Prizes"). (ARV of First Prize: $5,500). Actual value of First Prize will vary depending on First Prize Winner's city of departure and ASG Host City (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations at the All-Star Game shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if First Prize winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of the ASG Host City (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or First Prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the First Prize drawing. The First Prize does not include tickets to any event or exhibition during the 2022 MLB All-Star Week other than as specifically set forth herein. If the designated All-Star Game or any other First Prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel portion of the First Prize may be awarded less applicable canceled or postponed First Prize-related activity(s) at Sponsor's sole discretion and if possible, Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) or cash equivalent of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. First Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel and must have no impediment to entering the ASG Host City. First Prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The guests of the First Prize winner must be of legal age of majority in their states of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. First Prize winner may take a minor guest if he/she is the parent or legal guardian of such child or legal ward. All First Prize details are at Sponsor's and Administrator's sole discretion.

Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded: $12,000.

Game Ticket Details: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to each winner's (and guest's) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event).

Miscellaneous: Unless permitted by Sponsor, no transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of Prize permitted; provided, however, Sponsor may substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Each winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, any/all transportation, passport (if applicable), baggage fees, meals, gratuities, travel insurance, and souvenirs. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that (1) Sponsor, Administrator, Church & Dwight and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation or consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties, and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability for, and will be held harmless from, any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damages of any kind to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize (or any portion thereof) and/or any travel or activity related thereto (including attendance at the game). Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason including in the event viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) or for any other reason and, in the event of termination at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.

Arbitration; Class Action Waiver: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (each, a “Claim”) shall be (a) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (b) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (2) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above may be inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
