Performance Training with Marlene Lee Ages 11-15
Marlene Lee from RedLine Performance will be leading this course that will focus on multi-directional speed and power. Emphasis will also be placed on preventative training such as ACL exercises.
Core Stability/Speed Training Ages 12-18
This course will partner with Jason Rogers, and Destine Performance to work, core mobility and athletic performance, through speed and agility drills. Through this course one should develop the ability to change speeds and directions at speeds as fast as possible. One should also improve explosiveness, quickness, and neuromuscular training.
