2023 Reds Season Ticket Membership Renewal

AUTOPAY AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT:

I agree to pay to The Cincinnati Reds LLC the Purchase Price for 2023 Reds season tickets. For purposes of this agreement, "Purchase Price" means the invoice amount for 2023 Reds season tickets plus the season membership fee and parking (when applicable) as reflected on the attached invoice (the “Invoice”).

I authorize the Cincinnati Reds to automatically charge my credit card account for the full amount of the Purchase Price. If I have elected to pay the Purchase Price in monthly installments, I authorize the Cincinnati Reds to automatically charge my credit card account for the Purchase Price in FOUR (4) consecutive monthly installments and in the amounts set forth on the Invoice.

• If enrolled prior to December 2, 2022: I authorize the Cincinnati Reds to automatically charge my credit card account for the Purchase Price in FOUR (4) consecutive monthly installments and in the amounts set forth on the invoice.
• If enrolled between December 2, 2022 and December 31, 2022 : I authorize the Cincinnati Reds to automatically charge my credit card account for the Purchase Price in THREE (3) consecutive monthly installments and in the amounts set forth on the invoice.
• If enrolled after December 31, 2022 : I authorize the Cincinnati Reds to automatically charge my credit card account for the Purchase Price in TWO (2) consecutive monthly installments and in the amounts set forth on the invoice.

This authorization will have the same effect as if I had personally signed a check to The Cincinnati Reds LLC for each installment of the Purchase Price. I acknowledge and confirm that the information provided to The Cincinnati Reds LLC is true, correct and complete in all respects. I further acknowledge and agree that it is solely my responsibility to update the credit card information used to pay for the Purchase Price for 2023 Reds season tickets. I understand that I may notify the Cincinnati Reds by written request (sent by either (1) first class mail to: The Cincinnati Reds LLC, Great American Ball Park, 100 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, Attn: Season Tickets, or (2) email to: [email protected]) at any time to terminate this authorization. If I terminate this authorization or a credit charge is denied by the credit card issuer, the entire unpaid balance of the Purchase Price must be paid in full within three (3) business days of the date of notification. Finally, I acknowledge and agree that The Cincinnati Reds LLC reserves the right to charge my account for the Purchase Price without requiring the customer's signed authorization for each such transaction.
