- Visiting the Cincinnati Reds Ticket Office at Great American Ball Park
- Gameday: Monday-Sunday 9 a.m. until the end of the seventh inning
- Non-Gameday: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. & Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A PNC Reds Debit Cardholder may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per game. The discount applies only to tickets in the Field Box, Terrace Line, Mezzanine and View Level seating areas at the ballpark. Discounted tickets may be purchased by calling the Reds Ticket Office at 513-381-REDS, online or at the ballpark box office. The PNC Reds Debit Card must be used for the ticket purchase. The ticket discount is not valid for the following games – March 26 (Opening Day), September 15 and September 16. Tickets purchased using the PNC discount may not be resold, returned or exchanged.
