The PNC debit card discount can be used on Reds tickets by:
- Calling the Cincinnati Reds Ticket Office at 513-381-REDS
- Visiting the Cincinnati Reds Ticket Office at Great American Ball Park, open:
- Gameday: Monday-Sunday 9 a.m. until the end of the seventh inning
- Non-Gameday: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. & Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This discount will only be eligible for purchases made with a Reds PNC debit card. Offer valid in Field Box, Mezzanine, Terrace Line and View Level.

The discounted game tickets may be purchased by calling the Reds ticket office at 513-381-REDS or at the Reds box office at the ballpark. A Reds Debit Cardholder may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per game and the discount only applies to tickets purchased for the Field Box, Terrace Line, Mezzanine, and View Level seating areas of the Ballpark. However, the ticket discount will not apply to tickets purchased online or for the following games – March 27, May 14, June 18, July 10, August 11, August 13 . PNC Debit Card must be used for purchase. Ticket purchases at the Great American Ball Park Ticket Office must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the Cincinnati Reds PNC Debit Card presented. Tickets purchased using PNC discount may not be resold, returned, or exchanged. Additional exclusions may apply.
