- · Each message will appear in Great American Ball Park and a photo will be taken at the ballpark.
- · Messages can be up to 2 lines with 30 characters on each line, including spaces and punctuation.
- · Please note: although we are unable to dictate weather conditions for your photo, we will try out best to capture your message on a nice and sunny day.

$100 Digital only; purchasers will receive one (1) digital photo via email per package
$110 Digital and print; purchasers will receive one (1) digital photo via email and one (1) 5x7 print photo per package

FAQs
What is the turnaround time for the photos?
Messages will be fulfilled on a weekly basis. Digital photos will be emailed on Fridays. Photos will be mailed on Fridays as well.
Are there any message restrictions?
The Reds reserve the right to approve and edit any message, if necessary. Messages that are obscene, lewd, inappropriate, offensive, include foul language, and/or refer negatively to any Major League Baseball organization or player will not be accepted.
I think I spelled something wrong?
There are no refunds for typos made on the part of the purchaser. Please double-check spelling and content before submitting your order.
Will my photo look exactly like the example ones?
Although we are unable to dictate weather conditions for your photo, we will try out best to capture your message on a nice and sunny day. There may also be activity going on on the field as well.
Can I come see it for myself?
These messages will not be displayed during a game or any public-facing event. Fans will not be permitted inside Great American Ball Park to view the message on the scoreboard
Will anyone contact me?
After completion of your purchase, a member of the Reds staff will review your message and only reach out to you if your message is not approved and needs to be revised. If approved, your message will be displayed on the scoreboard and emailed/mailed to you based on the schedule.
Who is the charity or beneficiary?
All proceeds benefit the Reds Community Fund. The RCF is the official non-profit organization of the Cincinnati Reds. Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball and softball-themed outreach efforts. Find out more at reds.com/community.
