Step up your game experience with a seat upgrade! See the below steps for how to complete a seat upgrade at a Rays game.
How To Upgrade
- Visit the Rays Home Page in the MLB Ballpark app and select the icon titled “Seat Upgrades.”
- Click “Upgrade Now”
- Choose the seating section you would like to upgrade in to.
- Select the number of tickets you wish to upgrade.
- Complete your purchase.
- Visit the ‘Tickets’ tab to view your seat upgrade. If your seat upgrade does not appear, pull down to refresh. Please note, you will not see a barcode on this seat, this is not a valid game ticket that can be scanned into the stadium.
- Show the Fan Host in your section your seat upgrade.
- Enjoy the Rays game!
Rules & Requirements
- Must have a valid game ticket purchased for current game in order to use seat upgrade. Seat upgrades do not have a barcode and are not valid for entry into Tropicana Field.
- Select one of three available seating options for upgrades. Games and seating areas are subject to availability.
- Seat upgrades are available 90 minutes before first pitch until 90 minutes after first pitch.
- Seat upgrades will be validated by Fan Host in your new seating section. Screenshots of your upgrade will not be accepted. Present your upgrade to Fan Host directly from the MLB Ballpark app.
