What’s Happening This Weekend: Phillies vs. Diamondbacks, June 21-23

Come cheer on the Phils as they honor one of the greatest pitchers in team history before taking on the Arizona Diamondbacks, June 21-23! Here’s a look at some of the fan highlights:

1. The series begins on Friday, June 21, with Toyota Cole Hamels Retirement Night! Be in your seats by 6:20 p.m. for the on-field ceremony featuring Hamels’ former teammates and coaches, special guests, a video tribute and more. Please click here for more information about the night’s festivities.

  • All fans 15 and over will receive a 2009 National League Champions Replica Ring presented by Toyota.
  • Plus, stop by the New Era Phillies Team Store for exclusive merchandise to commemorate Cole Hamels’ retirement including a T-shirt, side patch caps, novelty baseballs, pennants, pins and more.
  • The Phillies will wear their Nike MLB City Connect uniforms for another Lights Up // Friday Night at the Bank.
  • Fans, age 21 & over: stop by the Miller Lite Friday Happy Hour at Miller Lite Liberty Landing, featuring specials until the first pitch.
  • Be on the lookout for Toyota vehicles on display at each entrance gate on Friday and Saturday.

2. The Phillies continue the series on Saturday, June 22, at 4:05 p.m. After the game, fans can enjoy a Riley Green Postgame Concert presented by Jim Beam!

  • Your game ticket is your concert ticket – no additional purchase is required.
  • Riley Green merchandise will be available for sale at the First Base Plaza.
  • 90-year-old Evie Dugan from Warminster, Pa., who has been volunteering at Warminster Food Bank for 45 years, will change a base at the end of the 3rd inning as that night’s Rothman Hometown Hero.
  • Vincent Evangelist, a nine-year-old from Conshohocken, Pa., will be honored as that day’s GIANT Kid of the Game.
  • Join the pregame fun at the Budweiser Block Party, featuring DJ HBK, at the Budweiser Batter’s Eye Bar behind Section 148.
  • Fans can enjoy samplings of the new Herr’s Flavored by Philly chip flavors at the Left Field Gate.

3. The homestand concludes with the Phillies honoring all dads on Sunday, June 23, at 11:35 a.m. on Chevrolet Father’s Appreciation Day! All men 15 and over will receive a Men’s Hat.

  • Check out Chevrolet vehicles on display at The Yard and the Third Base Gate.
  • Georgiana Jaccard, a six-year-old from Kennett Square, Pa., will be honored as that day’s GIANT Kid of the Game.
  • Fans can enjoy complimentary face painting at The Yard before and during the game.

4. For this series only, Asad’s Hot Chicken, with 10 locations in the Greater Philadelphia area, will be offering its Loaded Fries at Coca-Cola Corner, paired with a Sprite Chill for $29.98.

5. Bid on nearly two dozen team-issued and game-used autographed memorabilia during the Phillies Charities, Inc. Online Auction benefitting Philabundance, part of the Phans Feeding Families initiative, on phillies.com/auctions until July 1, at 6:00 p.m.

  • Auction items include baseballs, jerseys, caps, and more signed by manager Rob Thomson and players such as Aaron Nola, Nick Castellanos, Bryce Harper, J.T. Realmuto, Kyle Schwarber, Bryson Stott, Trea Turner and Zack Wheeler. The auction also features items autographed by 2008 World Series champions Shane Victorino and Chase Utley.

6. Phase One of voting for the 2024 MLB All-Star Ballot presented by BuildSubmarines.com ends on Thursday, June 27, at 12:00 p.m. Make sure to get your votes in for Phillies players to send them to the All-Star Game!

  • Gate Openings: 5:35 p.m. on Friday; 2:35 p.m. on Saturday; 10:05 a.m. on Sunday (Left Field Gate at 9:35 a.m.).
  • Go-Ahead Entry: Enroll on the MLB Ballpark app for a free-flow ballpark entry experience that allows ticket holders the ability to enter the ballpark at full walking speed without stopping. Go-Ahead Entry lanes are located at the First Base, Third Base and Left Field Gates.

  • Broadcast: Friday’s game will be broadcast exclusively on Apple TV+ (Note: Pregame ceremony to be live streamed on both Apple TV+ and NBC Sports Philadelphia). Saturday’s game will be broadcast on NBCSP (available to stream on nbcsportsphiladelphia.com and the NBC Sports app). Sunday’s game will be broadcast exclusively on Roku. All games will be broadcast on 94 WIP and WTTM 1680.
  • Mobile Ordering: Includes Manco & Manco @ Foundry Pizza, Miller Lite Liberty Landing, Pass and Stow and Shake Shack. Order your favorite menu items and skip the line when ordering through the MLB Ballpark App.
  • Bag Policy: In an effort to expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing non-clear bags, including backpacks and drawstring bags, into the ballpark. Only clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5" x 7"), clear bags (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"), medical bags and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park. All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.
  • Uber RideShare Lot: Lot T is designated for Uber RideShare for all Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center events. Fans should exit the Third Base Gate and walk along Pattison Avenue toward Broad Street to enter the lot and request a vehicle, which will meet each rider in the designated area.
  • Parking: Please click here for a parking map. Parking for Phillies games is cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay). To expedite entry, pre-paid parking passes may also be purchased prior to the game.
