Texas Rangers announce new ballpark attraction partnerships at Globe Life Field
World Series and All-Star Game exhibits, new gathering areas, renamed lounges and clubs to be introduced for the 2024 season at Globe Life Field
Arlington, Texas— The Texas Rangers today announced several partnerships that highlight new ballpark attractions at Globe Life Field in preparation for Opening Day on Thursday, March 28, and the 2024 season.
When fans enter the SeatGeek Southeast Entry, they’ll be greeted by a pair of curated exhibits presented by Choctaw Casinos & Resorts. The World Series Champions exhibit features numerous items collected from the Rangers’ World Series run last October that culminated in the franchise’s first championship. The second exhibit is a collection of memorabilia from the 1995 Major League Baseball All-Star Game at The Ballpark in Arlington. The Rangers are set to host the 2024 Major League Baseball All-Star Game presented by Mastercard on Tuesday, July 16 at Globe Life Field.
Located on the suite concourse in center field and open to all fans, the Comerica Backyard is a new 4,000 square foot space inspired by Texas patio life. Fans are welcome to grab a seat at one of the many tables and order a drink and their favorite ballpark snack while watching the game in typical laid back Texas hospitality.
Just below the Comerica Backyard and across from the center field Grand Slam Team Store located on the main concourse sits the Teremana® Terrace – a unique bar area set to serve refreshing Teremana® cocktails, including its signature “The People’s Margarita” made with Teremana® Blanco, pineapple juice, lime, and agave. Founded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Teremana® Tequila is the official premium tequila of the Texas Rangers and will also present Viva Tejas, a monthly celebration of Hispanic culture in Texas following a select Saturday game on the North Plaza and CBD Kratom Backyard at Texas Live!
The American Lounge offers an unmatched field-level viewing experience spanning down Globe Life Field’s first base line. Lone Star Members and fans with tickets in Sections 21-26 have access to the American Lounge. American Airlines is now the Official and Exclusive Airline and Airline Rewards Program of the Texas Rangers, and with the partnership, AAdvantage® members will have opportunities to experience exclusive perks such as throwing the ceremonial first pitch, suite seats, and once-in-a-lifetime meet-and-greets with players. The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation and American Airlines have partnered for several years and will continue the philanthropic efforts in 2024.
The Shift4 Club is located on the first base side of the lower concourse and features an expansive floorspace, full bar, wood-burning pizza oven, and a designated buffet room. Fans enter the Shift4 Club through iconic arches that pay homage to the former home of the Rangers and combine with contemporary art to create an energetic, customizable space. Fans with a ticket in Sections 15-19, rows 9-16, and Section 20, rows 1-16 have access to the Shift4 Club.
Shift4 is also the presenting sponsor of the Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle during every home game of the season at Globe Life Field. Fans can purchase Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle tickets from the time gates open to the end of the sixth inning from sellers patrolling Globe Life Field or kiosks located throughout the ballpark, via the MLB Ballpark app, and online at rangers.com/5050. A winner takes home half the jackpot each game, with the remaining half donated to the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.
Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law, the Dallas-Fort Worth based legal practice, and official law firm partner of the Texas Rangers, has extended its partnership in a multi-year agreement. It includes entitlement of the Bailey & Galyen Suite Level at Globe Life Field and the “Get Home Safe” program designed to remind fans to drive responsibly as the legal practice and the team advocate for responsible drinking.
Fans will feel a sense of hometown pride at the new Lexus ‘The Game That Connects Us All’ high school hat wall located behind Section 101. Hundres of baseball caps representing high schools across North Texas will be on display for fans to locate and relive their glory days.
