The Padres return home from their sixth road trip of the 2024 season to start their seventh homestand as the club continues to celebrate Petco Park’s 20th Anniversary. The seven-day, seven-game stretch begins today when the Arizona Diamondbacks come to town. With large crowds anticipated, fans are encouraged to arrive early and consider utilizing the Trolley, COASTER or ride share to America’s #1 Ballpark.

Thursday will be highlighted by the Xander Bogaerts Bobblehead Giveaway presented by Coca-Cola, which showcases his classic “X” pose after each of his extra-base hits. The bobblehead giveaway is available to the first 40,000 fans in attendance.

The Padres will host Theme Game: Educator Appreciation Night presented by National University on Thursday to recognize the San Diego County Teachers of the Year and to celebrate the hard work of teachers, faculty and staff throughout the region. A limited-edition Padres-themed clear bag is available exclusively with the purchase of an Educator Appreciation Night Theme Game Package at www.padres.com/themegames.

City Connect Friday returns as the Padres will wear their Nike San Diego City Connect jersey on the field Friday featuring iconic California imagery with the vibrant colors of the Baja peninsula, honoring a blend of cultures that makes the city so special. The jersey evokes a pink and yellow sunset dropping behind the Pacific Ocean on a clear summer day. Fans can pick up their City Connect gear by visiting the Padres Team Store, online by visiting mlbshop.com, Nike.com and other select retail locations. Party in the Park: BeerFest presented by Southwest Airlines returns Friday, featuring live music and $5 beer specials in Gallagher Square from 4:00-6:30 p.m. Fans may enter in Gallagher Square at 4:00 p.m., with all other Member and Public Gates opening at 4:30 p.m.

Season Ticket Members are encouraged to arrive early on Friday to watch the Padres take batting practice prior to the game. Members can enter through East Village Gate as early as 3:00 p.m., with select Members receiving a credential to sit in designated seating closer to the field. Custom Rawlings baseballs with golden stitches will be mixed in during Padres batting practice, and the lucky fans who catch or retrieve the golden balls will be able to redeem them for a replica Padres jersey of their choice at the Padres Team Store.

In celebration of “National Donut Day,” fans at Friday’s game will receive a $5 Dunkin’ Donuts Gift Card upon exiting the gates courtesy of Dunkin’ Donuts.

The Padres House Band presented by Nova Kombucha returns Saturday and will perform on the Sycuan Stage at the brand-new Gallager Square prior to the game, featuring a mix of rock, oldies, pop and country music. Additionally, fans can enjoy discounted Nova Kombucha for $10.

KidsFest presented by SDG&E returns to the newly renovated Gallagher Square with activities including:

  • Carnival games, airbrush tattoo artists, balloon artists, inflatables and more kid-friendly activities, as well as access to the all-new playground and play area, are available prior to every Sunday home game.
  • Following the game, kids 14 and under are invited to run the bases presented by Chick-fil-A. Kids and their families can begin lining up following the conclusion of the eighth inning at the top of the ramp leading to the Craft Pier presented by Ballast Point on K Street.

To recognize and honor our Armed Forces, the Padres have partnered with USAA to bring a Military Appreciation Zone to Petco Park before every Sunday home game. Active-duty service members, veterans and their families, and USAA Members are invited to the USAA Military Appreciation Zone at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs near section 100 pre-game from 11:00am-1:00pm every Sunday to enjoy food and drink specials starting at $5.

There will a Military Salute on Sunday in honor of the USS CARL VINSON presented by USAA. Several military members from the USS CARL VINSON will participate in the pregame ceremonies, including Pablo Arao, Logistics Specialist Master Chief. who will deliver the lineup card to the umpires, Maria Lugo, Yeoman 2nd Class, who will perform the National Anthem as well as “God Bless America” during the 7th Inning Stretch, and Captain Matthew Thomas, Commanding Officer, will throw the game’s Ceremonial First Pitch. There will also be a flyover, and nine sailors from the ship will take the field with Padres starters prior to the game as part of “Military Takes the Field.”

The Padres will celebrate Scottish Heritage on Sunday in community partnership with the San Diego Highland Games. A limited-edition Padres-themed hat is available exclusively with the purchase of a Scottish Heritage Celebration Theme Game Package at www.padres.com/themegames.

Following Sunday’s game, Mother Mother & Cavetown will perform on the Sycuan Stage in Gallagher Square as part of their Summer 2024 Tour. A separate ticket is required to attend the postgame concert. Monday, June 10 VS. Oakland Athletics @ 6:40 p.m.

The Padres will celebrate Filipino Heritage on Monday with a dedicated Theme Game package (THEME GAME ITEM SOLD OUT).

During Monday’s pregame ceremonies, Padres CEO Erik Greupner and Padres Manager Mike Shildt will present the award for the Padres 2024 Coach of the Year, with the program recognizing local coaches that have made a positive impact on the lives of his or her players on and off the field as a coach, mentor and role model.

Tuesday, June 11 VS. Oakland Athletics @ 6:40 p.m.

Tuesday is highlighted by the Joe Musgrove Basketball Jersey Giveaway presented by Motorola, available to the first 40,000 fans in attendance. The jersey is available in various sizes including Youth Large, Adult Medium, Large, XL and XXL while supplies last and subject to availability.

Wednesday, June 12 VS. Oakland Athletics @ 1:10 p.m.

On Wednesday, there will be a First Responder Salute to all firefighters to honor, thank and recognize first responders and their families, including fire departments throughout San Diego County. There will be a baseline ceremony with firefighters representing San Diego County Firefighting agencies, and nine firefighters from throughout the county will take the field with Padres starters prior to the game.

During the pregame ceremonies, the Padres and SDG&E will present grants for $10,000 to support the fire academies at Palomar College, Miramar College, Southwestern College and the Heartland Regional Fire Training Company as part of their “Going to Bat for San Diego” program.
